Stretch out and relax in our 2 story house with over 1000sqft of lanai on the upper and lower level, where you can view the cascading waterfalls and rainbows on Namolokama Mountain. From the 2nd floor screened in lanai you will see breath taking marvelouse sunsets over the Bali Hai skyline.
3 master suites each with a private bath and walk-in closets makes this ideal for a family or couples wanting a relaxing aloha experience. Each room has it's own warmth and personality.
The 2nd story is a spacious great room with a large modern kitchen, inside and outside entertainment area and spacious living room area. The spacious modern kitchen has granite counter tops and all the necessities to pop popcorn or create groumet meals. There is an additional sleeping area on the handwoven daybed or use it as a great place to stretch out with your favorite novel.
The open inviting living room has beautiful paprika ultra-suede couches to sit back and relax at the end of a long day at the beach , to watch movies on the large flat screen TV or enjoy an evening cocktail and sunset on the outside lanai that runs the length of the house. The entire upstairs sets above the tops of the palm trees, creating privacy yet captivating the soothing tradewinds of Kauai.
The downstairs lanai is a very quaint, old-fashioned area inviting you to relax on the white wicker furniture with your morning coffee or tea. From the house you can walk to the golfcourse, tennis or Princeville Beach-or it is a short drive to the breathtaking 2 mile white sand beach in Hanalei Bay.
Our home is tastefully decorated throughout with new furnishings, blow dryers, alarm clocks, bikes, beach towels, boogey boards, fine linens and towels, plus free local and long distance calls for any of your business needs. This home is equipped with everything you will need for a relaxing, restful vacation.
