LCD flat screen, second bedroom has a queen size bed and a third room with two twin beds. Can easily accommodate for an aero bed in other areas in the home. Rates are negociable depending on length of stay and time of year.

The Unique Benefits at this House
One of the key benefits to this property is that it has been newly remodeled. All rooms in the house have a different theme but are tied together by the unique stone and granite work providing variey. The view of the golf course can be seen from the master bedroom. I enjoy this house and look forward to your stay.

What wonderful month I experienced at Mikes place in the desert. The location was perfect. Close to Costco, El Paseo Dr., wonderful resturants, La Quinta Resort and almost any place you might want to visit. His place has a wonderful view on the golf course, with a gorgous bay window overlooking the green, We had dinner at the Club house and enjoyed drinks out on the patio. Our guest all found the beds very comfortable and the master bedroom was especially nice including the newly remodeled bathrooms in the master and guest bath. Mike was most accomodating and a real pleasure to do business with. I am hopeful that we will stay in his place again next year. Sincerely, The Dresslers

We spent over 5 weeks here. The property is lovely. It has recently been remodeled. Everything you need has been supplied for your vacation. The closeness to the pool makes it nice for families. There is alot to do in a short distance. All shopping is nearby. Many excellent restaurants are a very short drive. The grounds of the area are level, so it is easy for all kinds of activities. The owner was most helpful with our questions and took care of anything we asked of him. The residents of the other condos are very friendly. We will return for another year to enjoy the warm weather.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+.

After enjoying the past 3 days with my daughter (8 years old), my two girlfriends and their children (2 and 11 years old), I have to say this is the PERFECT home for a weekend getaway or a month long rental. Our kids enjoyed the pool (right next door). We utilized the golf cart pathway, assessable off the patio, for a beautiful evening stroll. The enormous kitchen was large enough to entertain with two dining rooms to feed the kids and the adults. The BBQ is right off the kitchen and central to both dining areas. In addition, the home is centrally located 1 mile away from Ralphs, Rite Aid, other small shops and Morton’s. Just a few miles from there are other fabulous restaurants. Sunday, we took the kids to the Children’s Museum of the Desert which we highly recommend. This is a fabulous home and worth every penny! (The photos do not do the property justice as it is much larger than it is appears!)
