If you would like to explore other areas, Mueller State Park’s 50 miles of trails also provide a great "playground" for the hiker, mountain biker, wildlife watcher and winter sports enthusiast. A popular wildlife watching area. Park visitors traverse the park’s numerous trails on foot, snowshoes, cross-country skis, horseback and mountain bike, depending on the season
Fly Fishing – Gold Medal fishing can be found in the famed South Platte River located approximately 7 miles from the property. Gill Trail offers Gold Medal catch-and-release fishing along the Platte.
You can go cross-country skiing from the doorstep or walk across the street to the lake or a creek a couple of miles away. In the spring, wildflowers bloom in profusion along the pass you'll probably want to take down to the lake.
There are many exciting and beautiful areas in Colorado that can be explored by off-highway vehicles. There are motorcycles, ATV and four wheel drive trails and roads in the adjacent Pike National Forest.

My husband was born and raised in Colorado. He loves the mountains and can not imagine living away from COLORADO ROCKY MOUNTAINS! If he buys a property it has to offer a beautiful mountain view!
I came to Coorado in 2000. I took me some time to get used to high altitude and lots of coffee. I enjoy Colorado history( especially Colorado Gold Rush), gorgeous nature and abundant wildlife.
Our kids think that COLORADO ROCKY MOUNTAINS is the best playground in the world! Awesome rock climbing and exercising in open air, a lot of wildlife.
Why the Owner Chose Colorado Springs
IT IS OUR DREAM HOME: GORGEOUS NATURE. PEACEFUL AND RELAXING. BEAUTIFUL VIEWS ALL AROUND.
The story is that this house was custom built by a builder as a gift to his wife. A lot of wonderful uprades, tastefully decorated and painted. It is located on the border of Pike National Forest: it is literally in our backyard! Within walking distance to Pine Lake. You can enjoy incredible panorama of the lake and the mountains right from the deck: take picture and make memories!
