This area is such a great place to be with each other, family, friends. There is something about the ocean, coast, life.....
Biking enthusiasts love this area! This area is great for biking enthusiasts; they own the roads, not vehicles.
Vehicles are respectful to the biking enthusiast, pedestrians, animals, and community in general.
If we drive 30 miles an hour we feel we are speeding!
Minutes to Santa Cruz and Capitola.
35-40 minutes to Monterey/17 Mile Drive/Carmel.
35-40 minutes to The Gilroy Outlets. They have maps, plan your day or you will need at least two days to go through shop to shop! Husbands be prepared to shop with your ladies (meaning the females in your family!) They have "guy" shops as well!

- Le Chef is an AWESOME shop for culinary, entertaining and b-b-q enthusiasts! I love to cook/create/entertain. I found myself just stopping and looking the first time I went into this shop. Then I walked the store two and three more times! I did not leave empty handed, nor will I ever again!

Soothing to the soul, Valley view of the city lights in the evening from the kitchen/dining/living area as well as the middle level bedroom and the bottom floor bedroom.
Also from the kitchen/dining/living area as well as the middle level bedroom and the bottom floor bedroom, rainbows may be viewed when there is the mixture of rain and sun! We have had the pleasure to experience the rainbows twice with the storms!
