It's first class accommodation offers comfort, space and peace and is located at Calabay Parc, a pristine and quiet estate, just off Highway 27 with easy access to US 192 and Interstate 4 so is within minutes of Disney and plenty of restaurants.
The pool is surrounded by a child safety fence so parents can relax while their children are outdoors. An abundance of pool furniture is there for guests use with an extra supply housed in the garage, which also doubles as a games room.
Service and guests comfort are our priorities so, whether you want to stretch out on the extended deck area, swim in the lovely clear waters of the pool or sit under the covered lanai sipping those cool drinks, come and share our little piece of paradise where everything is provided for you.

Why the Owner Chose Calabay Parc
We first visited Orlando in 2001 for a "once in a lifetime" vacation. Mum and Clive had never had a holiday before - mum couldn't see the sense in scrimping and saving all year for just two weeks in the sun. That was before Orlando. Clive seemed to lose ten years stress from his face and we all were so relaxed, so we went back year after year until we were able to buy this villa at Calabay Parc. We chose this area for a few reasons. The layout of the villa is fantastic because I have room to get my wheelchair through so easily, the pool is an L shape with two shallow ends so I can actually go into it and not have to get out of my depth and we like being away from the hussle and bussle of some locations. The homeowners association take care of all the grass and shrubs around the estate so it's always immaculate and you get a feeling of peace on this estate that a lot don't have - it's so quiet. Of course, with the villa being so spacious it means it is easy to rent out so that helps towards the upkeep of it too and large families with small children love it and come back to us year after year.
The Unique Benefits at this Single storey villa
I have constant pain in my leg since my accident and I find the lovely warm weather and being in the heated pool eases it considerably so we always try to visit my villa when the weather back home is really cold (that makes it worse and I'm confined indoors). I have the second mastersuite to myself with my TV, DVD player and lots of DVD's to watch at night. The bathroom has support rails in the shower along with a shower seat so it's easier for mum to give me my shower and, I've now got a raised toilet seat too so that makes life much better. I can control the ceiling lights and fan from my bed with a remote control so I don't have to ring for help so much. It's hard to put into words but they have done so much to the villa that it's like home now with everything I could need and therefore anyone else too. I love reading the guests comments in the guest book and especially like hearing they find it a "home from home" as well. I call it my little piece of paradise and it is, I just wish I could stay all year round.

This is me (Karen) with my step-dad, Clive and no, I'm not really trying to drown him. We live on the outskirts of a little village called Newchurch, on the Isle of Wight (which is a small island off the south-coast of England) with our three cats and lots of wildlife visiting us in the garden. I live with Clive and my mum, Sue, and they take care of me with the help of an assistant called Susy who comes in during the week.
I'm not able to speak or use my left arm and since an accident in 2001, I've had to use a wheelchair when I go out so my mum takes care of the websites for me as well as all the bookings for my villa as well as their own.
The Isle of Wight is so beautiful that we think ourselves very lucky to live here. The countryside is gorgeous, there are lots of activities and we are surrounded by beautiful beaches. We even have much better weather than mainland UK so, what more could we want? To live in Orlando all year round - that's what - I just love it there and never want to leave.
