The home’s location allows you to enjoy the views of the 14th fairway and 15th tee of the Plantation Golf Course. Very quiet and private setting with 2 large porches to enjoy the beautiful natural landscaping that includes dozens of dogwood trees. The back porch overlooks the 14th fairway and includes a grill, dining table, chairs and two ceiling fans.
The gourmet kitchen has everything you need, including a snack bar areas, oven and warming drawer, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, and much more. The floor plan is extremely convenient with two bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms down. Both levels have "Great Rooms" with large screen televisions and gas fireplace on the upper level and a pool table, wet bar with mini fridge and wood burning fireplace on the lower level.
Dining options include The Plantation Grille, The Overlook at Great Waters (lakefront views), Linger Longer Bar and Grill (Oconee Clubhouse). The Ritz-Carlton features two restaurants, Georgia's Restaurant for fine dining and Gaby's on the lake.
