Close to both the beach and pool, this 2 bedroom, 3 bath, raised 1st level, Moorings Villa has the location and amenities that will please the whole family. The bright entry foyer, with beautiful wood flooring, provides access to 2 separate areas of the villa. To the right, the wood flooring continues into a sunny hallway that passes a full bath, with a walk-in shower and a stack washer/dryer, and then leads to the kitchen.
The dining area has seating for 6 and the adjacent living room includes a sleep-sofa, Large Love seat, a 42 inch plasma TV WITH HDTV service included, a large sunny window, and a slider doors on each side of the room opening to 2 separate, covered balconies. The corner master bedroom has a king-size bed, an armoire with TV/DVD, a large window, a private bath, and a slider door to one of the balconies, which has a landscape and partial pool view.
Back in the entry foyer, the entry to the left opens to a spacious bedroom with 2 queen-size beds, 2 closets, a TV/VCR, a private bath, and a slider door to the 2nd balcony set amidst the tropical palm trees.
**We also offer DISCOUNTED RATES on the three course in the Palmetto Dunes plantation and 2 hours of free tennis per day.
Palmetto Dunes is a 2000 acre oceanfront resort that reaches from the 3 miles of white sandy beach, through 11 miles of lagoons, 3 golf courses, and 25 tennis courts, to the bike way under Highway 278 that provides access to the Shelter Cove Marina, shops, restaurants, and Mall.
