Paraiso Costa Bonita, a luxury condominium complex with 24 hour gated security. Located in Nuevo Mazatlan. Two minutes north of the Marina. This unit on the 6th floor is very spacious at 1458+ sq ft.
There are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom, overlooking the ocean, opens to a 211+ sq ft terrace. Just a nanosecond from the waves. The views are amazing. To the south, you will enjoy two beautiful islands. Bird Island and Deer Island. To the north, you will enjoy an endless view of the ocean.
Just imagine sitting on your terrace, sipping your Margaretta and enjoying an amazing sun set. The second bedroom overlooks the garden walking trails that surround the man made river, rock waterfall and tennis courts. In the evening, enjoy Mazatlan's beautiful city lights.
This unit has a contemporary tropical feel with high end furnishings. The bedrooms have Simmons Beauty Rest pillow top mattresses. The master bedroom has a King bed and the second bedroom has a Queen. The Kitchen is high end with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher and refrigerator w/filtered auto ice-maker and water dispenser on the door. The kitchen is fully stocked with every thing you'll need to create your own Mexican Fiesta.
This unit has for your enjoyment, free WIFI wireless Internet (inside/outside), satellite TV, IPOD player as well as two large flat screen TVs with DVD player and many DVDs to choose from. A cell phone is also provided for your use. This unit has a laundry room with full size washer and dryer.
Weekly maid service is provided. Daily maid service at your request (additional fee).
Paraiso offers a state of the art gym, spa with professional massage service, sauna, mini market, game room, and an indoor/outdoor heated pool with lap jets. There is a palapa with swim up bar serving beer, mixed drinks and sodas. Palapa serves meals during peek seasons. Year round, you can order take out from our neighbors, Torres Mazatlan. Only a few steps to the north, you can enjoy all that Torres Mazatlan Resort has to offer. From night life to resort activities. Torres also offers a full nail and hair salon as well as a restaurant where you can have a GREAT Mexican dish or the BEST American burger in Mazatlan.
