Prime third floor, two level unit located in River Mountain Lodge. This third floor unit has three full baths and a private hot tub off the spacious Master Suite with view of Peak 8 & Peak 7. Just steps away from the Shuttle and/or Gondola with Shopping and Restaurants on Main Street across the Blue River bridge. Ski down Four O'Clock and then relax by the fire in the cocktail lounge or in the private Hot Tub after a day on the slopes.
The interior has been recently updated with 100% new mattresses and box springs, furniture, carpet, flooring, etc. Guests love our unit and request it when they come to Breckenridge as per the guest book. It is very clean, well maintained and monitored by the owners who want their guests to have a positive experience. Is a Gold Rated unit by the Breckenridge Resort Committee, the highest rating available.
Bedrooms and two full bathrooms are upstairs with Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen and Full Bath downstairs of the Third and Top Floor.
