This building is located in Sandusky, Ohio Downtown. Is on the Historical List and was once a paper factory. The building is 24/7 secured, 3 floors with 195 units. The Condos are built around the factory interior, nothing was modified.
New this year is the amplitheatrer on the west side of the building and Cove Dinng with boat dockage.
If bring your boat to Sandusky Bay, You can dock your boat and stay right next door.
This is not beach front. It is water front.. Beaches are located at Cedar Point, Huron area, Port Clinton, and East Harbor State Park. They are about 10 miles away, except for Cedar Point. Maps are in the condo.

This 1300 sq. foot, 3 bedroom unit, is all on one floor with a walk out Patio. You have a 180 degree view. What a spectacular view!
Each room has its own flat screen televisions, and the kids room has 3 sets of sheets for the bunk beds. 4 kids can enjoy a 360 x box and the kinect, at least 30 different games.
You need no sheets or towels, tp, paper towels, soaps. (included in price)
Just imagine, waking up early in the morning (before the kids) and enjoying your coffee on the patio. Fixing them Breakfast and getting ready for a fun filled day. Cedar Point is only 5 miles away and I can show you how to get there without the traffic!! Hop on the Jet Express (2 piers over) and be whisked off to Put-In-Bay, or Kelly's Island for the day. (In summer season only) Port Clinton has a boat that runs until the ice freezes.
Or you can jump on the Trolley that will show you the sights of Sandusky (It was free last year). Kalahari, Castaway Bay and Great Wolf Lodge Water, 5 Parks are near by. Day Passes can be Purchased.
You can meet others at the outdoor heated pool or get in the 12 people Hot Tub. The fitness center is 20 steps away from your front door with new exercise equipments, plus 2 flat screens to entertain you while working out. (picture).
For your conveniences, I would be happy to stock the refrigerator and cupboards with items you think you might need when you arrive.
I maintain the highest rate for cleanliness.
There is a $200.00 cleaning fee,

The owners are very friendly and helpful. We left some items behind and they contacted us right away meeting us at a convenient location to return the items. The pool with nearby grills where handy and the kitchen was fully stocked plus some. High quality fixtures and the location can't be beat!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

What can I say?!? What a wonderful condo and property to stay at. All the years we have been coming to Cedar Point and staying at a hotel... what were we thinking!!! The condo is beautiful, comfortable and offers all the amenities. We are used to bringing paper towels, toilet paper, etc. when renting a place. Not here . . . we stayed for 2 weeks and didnt even open the supply we had brought. The viewing for July 4 fireworks could not have been better. Great location to enjoy whole area -- not only Cedar Point but Kelleys Island, sailing on Lake Erie and nearby beaches. The condo pool was wonderful too and not overly crowded. It was so hot we even enjoyed the ping pong table in fitness center. The xbox components for the kids were wonderful when everyone needed a little down time. My only wish was that the unit had a washer and dryer in it. The laundry facilities were just down the hall and very convenient but since we were there for such a long time, I needed a lot of quarters!!!!! Kids loved the historic downtown area and especially the Friday night car shows and pizza at Mona's Pizza. Bob and Fran made the whole rental process a real pleasure. When we return to Sandusky, we will definitely plan our trip around the dates that are available for this condo. I do not want everyone to know what a great place this is to stay because then it will be impossible to book again!!!!! Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful property with us. We all enjoyed our stay! The condo was lovely and clean and just as pictured. The view of the lake from the condo was lovely. Sharon and Bob were very helpful when we had a problem with one of the keys–they got it sorted for us the next day. The condo was very equipped – there were plenty of dishes, pot and pans, towels and sheets, paper towels, etc as well as having plenty of games and DVDs, and Wifi. They really made sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Such a wonderful place to come back to after a fun-filled vacation day! Sharon was wonderful and very accommodating to our family that came from SLC, Washington and Indiana. We rented the condo Aug. 21-25, 2009 for a long weekend at Cedar Point and a day trip to Put-In-Bay. The condo exceeded our expectations. Beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. We had 4 adults and 3 children, all were comfortable and the children thoroughly enjoyed the X-Box. Sharon made sure the condo contained everything we could possibly need, making this a true home away from home. We have stayed in condos and houses at Sanibel Island, Fl, Virginia Beach, VA, and Hilton Head, SC, but this condo was by far the most luxurious and well stocked. My family came from the south to visit and we stayed at Sharon's condo and loved it. We have two kids (ages 5 and 6) and they had a blast. There was so much to keep them entertained around the house. It was so nice to wake up every morning with the view of the water and cedar point. Sharon has everything you could think of in the condo (even fishing poles). I was very pleased with the stay! July 25, 2009, What a lovely home! So often rentals only come with one roll of toilet paper. Sharon had everything we could possible want including flowers wishing me happy birthday and anniversary on our arrival. The unit is quiet and located next to the express shuttle and some wonderful pizza. We especialy enjoyed using the grill by the pool and hot tub. The fitness room is popular with very nice equipment. I wanted to complement Sharon on the wonderful condo they have! My family of 6 enjoyed it immensely! Such a lovely furnished condo, and so many amenities! The view of Lake Erie was great! My family and I had the pleasure of renting out the condo the weekend of 7/10/09 thru 7/12/09. I just wanted to comment on what a great time we had. The place was perfect. Sharon and Robert made the place so very confortable. There is nothing they left out to make the visit as pleasurable as possible for all of us. Everything we needed was there, blankets, towels,TV's in every room, paper towels, toilet paper. I could go on and on but can never say enough to do it justice.
