Located just 30 minutes from historic downtown Charleston, on Kiawah's East Beach, "The Boardwalk at Mariners Watch", is within a short walking distance to the Night Heron Park, the Sanctuary hotel, shopping and many restaurants. And talk about proximity to the beach...this villa is so close that you'll be able to enjoy reading a book on the deck while watching your kids build sandcastles on the beach!

"The Boardwalk at Mariners Watch" offers you oceanviews throughout the villa. The villa's wonderful new floorplan surrounds you with oceanviews in the living room, kitchen, dining room and master bedroom. The dining room is open to the kitchen and living room to create one big family area for all to enjoy.

The Boardwalk Master Bedroom offers superb views of the ocean from the king-sized bed. And oh, every bed in this villa is sooo comfy! Each bed is complete with pillow-top mattresses, Egyptian-cotton sheets, feather pillows, feather comforters and duvet covers. This suite includes a 26" Widescreen Flat-Panel TV/DVD, a large private bathroom with a double vanity, a HUGE walk-in tile shower and lots of closet space for your swimsuits!

Just down the hall, the Second Master Bedroom offers a queen-size bed, a 26" Widescreen Flat-Panel TV/DVD and a private connecting bathroom (with a shower/tub combination).

The third bedroom offers two twin beds, a 26" Widescreen Flat-Panel TV/DVD and a private connecting bathroom (with a shower/tub combination).

This villa is also fully furnished with handwoven wool rugs, washer/dryer, utensils, pots and pans, stainless steel appliances, CD player (filled with CDs) and wireless internet access (just bring your laptop). The beach is just a few steps away!

The "Boardwalk" accommodates up to 6 people. No smoking, no pets.

  • The Boardwalk was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and perfectly located steps from the beach. There was nothing we needed that wasn't supplied. We enjoyed lots of swimming and evenings on the deck listening to the waves and watching the stars. It's also a quick walk to Night Heron Park. I highly recommend it.

Shocked because the villa was just beyond perfect. To be so pleasantly surprise is quite a treat! As for the island itself , what's not to love. We are clearly thinking of doing this again next year.
