May 1 through Nov. 30 (Naples' Off-Season) Call for monthly/weekly rates
*10% Sales & Tourist Tax & $125 cleaning fee will be added to rental rates.
$10/day add'l charge for pets to a max of $140/month, plus $500 pet deposit.
CHRISTMAS- From Dec. 18 - 31. (10 day minimum).
JANUARY,FEBRUARY AND MARCH REQUIRE A ONE MONTH MINIMUM STAY.
40% of total rental cost is due at signing of Seasonal Lease Agreement.

We had a lovely area in the upstairs of the main house. It was cute and homey,not like staying in a hotel,it was like staying with friends.Nice and qiuiet.We have everything we needed,if we didn't have it,it was provided. I brought my 2 rescue dogs and they were accomodated as well.Very pet friendly. We loved how close it was to everything,including the beach. Evening walks on 3rd street were a delight. We would definately stay again. Denise was great!

Our stay at the cottage was more than we expected. The location is terrific. CLose to the beach and close to shopping on 3rd. The pics on the internet portrayed the house exactly as it is. The house is spacious and fully equipped with anything you would possibly need for a short or long stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend this property to anyone we know. Have fun!
