The Rondevoo was built in 1967 but has been continually updated throughout the years. This is where my kids were raised and a place that we called home for many years. It features a large open kitchen into a living/TV room. The house is a ground story home which proves to be more than ideal for all ages and is fully handicap accessible. We have acquired a special permit from the county and have the only known concrete sidewalk type path to the beach! We do allow pets but charge a fee of $50/pet.
This is one of the most comfortable homes on St George Is. The courtyard is large and spacious with tons of available seating for those great starlight nights. St George Island is one of the most unusual places because we do not have street lights which prevent one from viewing all the beautiful stars. We are one of the Gulf Coast leading sea turtle nesting areas, so we have restrictions on the lights that are allowed to be broadcasted on the streets and beaches.
