This home was constructed in 2008 and sits on a year round deep water level lot. There are twenty steps from the basement to a level lake front lot.
Enjoy the lake on the double deck dock which can be accessed via a concrete ramp. The upper level is a 600+ sq ft sun deck, with three lounge chairs and picnic table with umbrella.
Our community has a free concrete paved boat launch just a half mile from our house. It is a 10 minute drive to the main road and a total of 15 minutes to the Food Lion Market.
The main level of the house has two master bedrooms with private baths, vaulted great room with open loft, and kitchen/dining area. Enjoy the views from vaulted great room with wood burning fireplace. Kids can get away and play games in the open loft overlooking great room. Attached to the kitchen is the screened porch (16x16) and grilling deck. This home is over 3000 sq ft in size.

The closest marinas are Springs Dock or Flat Hollow Marina. They are about ten minutes away by boat.

This home is close to the main road yet off the beaten path. We have a level lot and minimal stairs. Great views of the lake, big water but not exactly main channel. Convenient boat ramp and quite road.
