The Palms...Okaloosa Island...Gulf-Front...two bedroom, two bath Condominium with 160 feet of sugar-white sand awaiting your arrival. Take a walk along the seashore, swim in the emerald-green waters of the Gulf, build a sandcastle, bask in the sun, or take a dip in our sparkling heated pool and lounge around the deck. then, meander up to our luxury condominium. Let you eyes take in the beauty of the tastefully decorated unit As you relax on the large private balcony, adjacent to both living room and master bedroom, you can enjoy watching pelicans, seagulls, an occasional porpoise, and vacationers with their children frolicking in the warm waters. You can also soak up the romantic atmosphere during the sunset.
Enter the living room where a comfortable new sofa bed and matching recliner greets you. The entertainment center with TV, DVD, VHS and CD player is available for all your viewing and listening needs. There is also a glass-top dining room table with six chairs for those who may enjoy eating in. The master bedroom is equipped with a television, DVD and a king-size bed to bring refreshment to the tired soul. You can also sleep to the sounds of the surf! And upon awakening to the cool breezes in the morning, while in bed, you can look out the sliding glass doors to the sun glistening on the blue-green waters. What a way to start your day!
The second bedroom, complete with TV, CD, radio and a king size bed is great for those bringing guest or children. To make your stay enjoyable, the kitchen comes fully equipped with all the amenities, including a washer and dryer and plenty of cupboard space. We have recently upgraded the kitchen and baths with Granite countertops along with new Sears Kenmore stainless steel appliances. A breakfast bar makes for a hasty meal to get you up and going for the days events.
You are only five minutes from Fort Walton Beach and ten minutes to the Destin harbor where fishing or diving enthusiasts can charter half-day or full-day trips. The area offers many fine restaurants for your dining pleasure. Other activities include shopping, golf at the many fine courses nearby, water parks, snorkeling, marine exhibits, museums, biking, tennis. parasailing, mini-golf, jet-skiing, and much more! You will want to come back year after year! Come relax in paradise and share NETTIE'S DREAM! Our prices are lower during every season because we manage the unit ourselves. Nettie’s Dream was paradise! What a gorgeous condo and beautiful view of the ocean! Everything exceeded our expectations. We sat on the balcony every morning with coffee and breakfast and watched dolphins swim by and just took in the breathtaking view. We spent the days on the beach swimming, reading under the umbrella, and taking long walks up and down the coast. Evenings were spent enjoying the many different area restaurants and site-seeing. The first night we were back home in Kansas, we woke up to the sound of the trains going through and just had to laugh. Where did that glorious sound of the ocean go?! Now just a distant memory that will forever be etched in our minds. This was a perfect place to unwind from the hectic pace of everyday living. We so much enjoyed your condo, we especially liked the 2 King beds. It was very clean when we arrived. There were just a few suggestions. In the master bedroom we had no extra pillow cases as well as no paper towels to start our weekend off. Great view and very comfy. The Graythers

Dear Monte and Nettie, All good things must come to an end. Yes, we are going back to St. Louis tomorrow. We loved your place and hope to come back next year if you will have us. I know you prefer renting to someone who will be here longer than a month, however, we are hoping you may consider renting for a month to us.
