These Brand New Cozy Beach Properties (completed in June 2007) are located just 2 minutes to the beach on 11th Street in Royal Palms (about 1/2 mile to Beach Access Road 1A). Each house has 4 bedrooms & 3 1/2 bathrooms, providing you a total of 8 bedrooms, 6 full baths & 2 half baths.
Both units have a similar floor plan.... As you walk into the main living area, you'll be
"wowed" by the beautiful stained concrete floors with "beachy" pine walls and ceilings throughout the lower level. The main living room is followed by a half bath, full eat-in kitchen and 1st floor master bedroom and bathroom.
Continuing to be "wowed" by the gorgeous pine floors throughout the upstairs, there are 3 more bedrooms, 2 more full bathrooms & a laundry closet with full size washer & dryer.
Each unit is fully furnished including everything you need for the kitchen, bath towels & bed linens. They both offer Cable TV, free high speed internet & are just steps to the pool & BBQ pits.
Unit 16 (yellow house) has a queen size bed and TV in the lower master bedroom. The upper master bedroom & bath has a queen size bed and flat screen TV. The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed, and the 4th bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunk beds and a combination TV/DVD/VCR player. This beautifully furnished house also offers a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room (if needed), a total of 4 televisions, a combination DVD/VCR player, and plenty of boat parking. No Smoking and No Pets allowed in this unit. It also has a furnished covered back porches (only a few in this neighborhood).
Unit 18 (blue house) has a king size bed and TV in the lower master bedroom. The upper master bedroom & bath has a queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed and the 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds. No Smoking but this unit is PET FRIENDLY (up to 2 dogs, maximum 35 lbs).
