  Great week at the condo, we had a fantastic time. Perfect location and views, loved having my coffee on the balcony and watching the dolphins.Pier Park has it all. We hated to pack and leave. I would recommend this condo to friends and would love to go back next year.

  Elevators were horrible! Worse on Saturday and Sunday as people were checking in/ out but still bad during the week. Wait time was anywhere from 20 mins to 1 hour for 1 elevator on weekend and about 5 mins average during week. Room had outlets that worked sometimes but not all the time. Reset the outlets but didn't help much. So had to charge my phone elsewhere. Shower curtain had mold on it. On plus side, room came with 2 beach chairs! Rest of room was in working order. Condo had pools at each end. Beautiful scenery. Stay was good but don't know that I would fight the elevators during the summer again.

  We stayed in the condo during memorial day weekend so Panama was very busy and packed but the condo was absolutely wonderful. We have two children and the condo was so big and roomy we were able just to hang out in the condo if we wanted to. We LOVED IT! The pictures and description are very accurate and don't even do justice for the all of the room in the condo. It is very close to Pier Park and everything in Panama, perfect location. We would love to visit again and stay here. Thank y'all so much for letting us use it!!

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for a full week at Tidewater. The condo was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our relaxing week on the beach. The amenities are everything they say and then some. The location was perfect to shopping, restaurants, all activities included. This was our second stay at the Chandler Tidewater condo and needless to say "We will be Back"!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  We just got back from our PCB vacation and it was lovely. The condo was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. We hated to leave! Despite what we had read on other sites about the pools being cold, they were not at all - they were quite warm actually and sparkly clean. This condo was the perfect place for well behaved teens and small children -- no sketchy stuff or wild parties here that we saw. We thank you so much Michelle for being so kind and friendly.

  Enjoyed our stay at this great condo! Very clean and convenient to everything. Michele made everything extremely easy which was nice. Would definitely stay here again!

  We had a nice relaxing time and enjoyed our stay. The kitchen and living room area are actually larger and more roomy than the pictures indicate. The view from the balcony is great and the balcony itself is larger than other condos where we have stayed in the past. The condo was clean and well-maintained. Michele even contacted us during our stay to make sure everything was OK. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for sharing your condo with us!

  My husband and I enjoyed our stay so much at this wonderful condo! It is beautiful,well maintained and has everything you need. It was nice to go home without allot of dirty laundry, there is a washer and dryer in the condo. The view from the balcony is beautiful and it is also beautiful from inside the condo. We really enjoyed the pools and there were nice clean bathrooms right there by the pools. The location is great too, you are so close to everything, Pier Park,many great restaurants,rentals and plenty of shopping! We plan to stay there again on our next vacation and bring our girls and our two grandsons, we know they will love it and there is plenty room for the six of us.The owners were great and we just wanted to say thank-you Michele, Ricky and Greg for allowing us to stay in your very nice condo! We hope to come back soon.

  What a great place! The comforts of home, the wonderful attention to details of decor, and the immaculate cleanliness were on an equal par with the breathtaking view from the balcony. Also, the amenities of the building were awesome (including more than enough luggage carts!). Being right on the beach plus so close to such great restaurants and shopping make this a perfect location for vacation! This one's a keeper!

  We enjoyed our stay so much in this nice condo, it was very clean and well-maintained. It had everything we needed and then some,(dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster, blender,etc.). We were very impressed. It also had a washer and dryer which was very nice. It was good to return home without allot of dirty laundry. The king size bed was very comfy, I usually don't sleep that well away from home, but my husband and I both slept very well. It was nice to have two bathrooms too. The view from the balcony was beautiful, as well as from the living room, the bar and the kitchen, it was like the ocean was right there. We really enjoyed the pools, and there were nice clean bathrooms right by the pools. We also liked that everything was so convenient, when you got off the elevators you were right at the condo almost. We also liked the fact that from the parking deck you didn't have to cross the street or walk in the rain if were raining. They also had plenty of carts, so if you had allot to carry you could just roll it right to your condo. The location is great! You are so close to Pier Park, many nice restaurants,places to shop and many fun things to do. There was allot of stuff to do at the condo that we didn't get a chance to do-like the indoor heated pool, the hot tubs,the gym and game room, so plan to stay there again and bring our two daughter and two grandsons, I know they will love it and there will be plenty of room for the six of us.So thank-you Ricky, Michele and Greg for letting us stay in your very nice condo.
