Centrally located modern beach house allows maximum use of beach, pool, minature golf, bicycling, ice cream, geocaching, groceries, all within walking distance. The kids loved it as well as the adults. Very clean 5 bedroom had room for everyone, with each bedroom having it's own bath. Relax on any one of three decks or walk across the street to the beach.....tough to beat!

What a wonderful home! I spent a long weekend in Ocean Isle Beach as a getaway, and I couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. The home was beautifully decorated, and extremely clean. To date, I haven't stayed in a more comfortable, clean house. It's conveniently located within walking distance to the beach, Pier, and some of the other local eateries. If you are considering renting in Ocean Isle Beach, definitely consider this home!

After much search for a vacation home, we made the decision to rent vrbo #163018 and were extremely impressed with our decision. The cleanliness of the home is superb. The layout of the kitchen/dining room/living room was open with an excellent view. With every bedroom having it's own bathroom it ensured each family member their private space That is an awesome feature. The location to the ocean was perfect. We also were able to walk to putt putt and the ice cream parlor, The Sugar Shack resturant was a pleasent surprise. There is plenty of seating on the porches where you can relax in the rocking chairs and enjoy the breeze and sights, surroundings of the ocean. The area has minimal traffic and a nice quite atmosphere. The pool is great, and we found it gave our family a swimming area where we could all enjoy each other's company. Lots of chairs by the pool for sun bathing and plenty of room around the pool. Great experience. Great family time. Great trip.

Lovely home with great views, wonderful outdoor spaces and pool. We spend 90% of our time enjoying the home, cooking large family meals, grilling, eating lunch by the pool, breakfast overlooking the ocean. The outdoor spaces were so comfortable and no matter how many people were around, you could find a quiet niche for an afternoon nap or book. The beach was so close and with 3 kids under 6, that was worth its weight in gold. The Vores were so accommodating and helped us with dinner recommendations, finding items, leaving us a wagon and chairs and more. We come to Ocean Isle every year and now we know which house we will come back to each year. My children loved their room and the decorations were so unique and well thought out. The Wii brought a few god laughs and the walk to ice cream was just enough to burn off dinner. Lovely views of the canal and private feel to the lot only adds to the experience.

DENA DID A GREAT JOB DECORATING THERE BEACH HOUSE. VERY SPACIOUS! LOVED THE UPSTAIRS DECK LOOKING OVER AT THE OCEAN, SPENT SOME TIME READING UP THERE. WE ATE AT SHARKEYS TWICE, GREAT PIZZA! ALSO WE ATE AT ROBERTOS, WE RECOMMEND THAT RESTAURANT. UNFORTUNATLY THE WEATHER DID NOT COOPERATE WITH US BUT WE STILL FOUND THINGS TO DO LIKE SHOPPING AT BAREFOOT LANDING AND TANGER OUTLETS. THANK YOU DENA AND TODD AND DENAS DAD MICK FOR RECOMMENDING THE BEACH HOUSE TO US.

Our family just returned from a week vacation and had the honor of staying here, The description was just exactly as described and it was a beyond comfortable home. The beds were so comfortable that we are requesting info on the mattresses.The home is beautifully decorated and looks even better than the pic's portray. The home was very clean, maintained and the owner goes the distance to answer all your questions. The book of restaurant recommendations were extremely helpful! We found our favorite to be.....The Sugar Shack & The Bounty...both were recommended. If you are wanting a relaxing vacation, this home can help fulfill your desire for a great week! Thanks for our week!!!

If you are looking for a great beach house on Ocean Isle Beach then this is the place for you. The owners Dena and Todd were extremely easy to work with. The house has everything you will need for a great vacation: A pool when it gets too hot at the beach, a short walk to the beach, great ocean views from comfy rockers on the multiple porches. There is a great view of the inter coastal waterway from the back deck as well!!! When staying here it feels like you picked up your house and moved it to the beach. A short walk to get ice cream and a few restaurants as well. This place could not get any better. We hope to rent again!!! Thanks

This was a wonderful home for our family. We had a wonderful view of the ocean and loved sitting out in the rocking chairs at night. The beach is easily accessible and we loved having the pool. Dena and Todd were very easy to work with and made us feel at home. Their home is fully equipped and beautifully decorated. When we plan to return to Ocean Isle, we will rent from the Vores again. They were very easy to work with and very helpful with planning our stay.

We rented this home to celebrate our dad's 80th. We live in Charlotte, NC and had all the family from NY convinced to try beautiful OIB and drive our way! We also rented the house next door #76060 to accommodate 30 of us. With the amount of people we had, we all felt we had our own space. The house was just gorgeous. The beach access was just across the street and the kids enjoyed the pool as well. The outdoor shower was so convenient too. We enjoyed walking the island to get ice cream and pizza. Everything was so close. The grocery stores are just minutes away and we even went to a movie one day. Thanks Dena and Todd for sharing your beautiful home. We are looking forward to coming back!!! Our dad had the best birthday ever!

This is a fabulous home and a wonderful place to spend a weeks vacation!! It is so nicely decorated and the location is perfect for walking to the beach and pier. We spent lots of time just hanging out by the pool which is a nice addition also. We did lots of entertaining and were impressed with the nice kitchen appliances and amenities. The entire process of renting with the Vore's was a nice experience. We will definitely stay at this property again!!!

After an exhausting 10 hour drive, we were welcomed to this clean and tastefully decorated home. The home is replete with amenities to make your stay both memorable and enjoyable. This is by far the best rental property we have stayed at. We look forward to future visits with our family.

We rented this home for a week in May for our son's wedding. We have lived in NC for 20 years and have been to the beach every year. By far this was the best house we had ever rented. The decor was absolutely beautiful and the home was well equiped. Working with Dena the owner was a pleasurer. She makes you feel like you are not just her guest, but her friend. Some places at the beach are "Beach Houses", this was a true home, filled with everything you needed plus more. Dena thank you for a vacation that we will never forget. If anyone asks for a reference, please use us as one. To those of you who are thinking about renting a house, THIS IS THE ONE.
