Welcome to Dockside, a two bedroom apartment and one of the widest riverfront properties you'll find, with private pool and private dock. The beautiful private pool is just steps outside your door and has expansive views of the river. When the river beckons, you have a very large private dock all to yourself with a small beach just steps away.
There are two separate bedrooms at Dockside, each with a queen-size bed. The larger of the two bedrooms has an additional futon that's great for kids or extra guests. There's also a sitting area with another futon and TV/Stereo. The furnishings are simple but comfortable - it's the outdoor space that makes this property so spectacular. This apartment is the lower unit of a duplex, but there is complete separation of space and the outdoor areas are for your exclusive use.
If you want to spend lots of time outside with a choice of pool or river, you won't find a better outdoor space than Dockside.
