Year Purchased: 2000
This home is our retirement home that we built in 2000. All rooms have views of the Bay. We have only rented our home for 2 summers and only 2 weeks per summer as we spend most of the summer there ourselves. Our home is not a typical vacation rental, nor does it have rental wear and tear.Our very first renter in 2008, took both weeks in 2009 and may took 2 weeks again in 2010. We have decided to rent 1 additional week for 2010, as we will be spending some time with our kids and new grandkid, and the property taxes somehow keep going up! We only want renters who will treat our place as they would their own home. Bill and Claudia
