This newly furnished first floor two bedroom/1 bath condo is located in The Landings of North Tampa.
The Landings is a large gated community with lakes, a beautiful pool with Jacuzzi, walking/jogging paths, volleyball, fitness room, and barbecue pits.
It will sleep 2-4 people with a Queen bed in the first bedroom and a futon in 2nd bedroom. Shopping (Grocery, restaurant, pharmacy, discount department store) is within 5 minute drive, and MANY more shopping choices including Citrus Park mall are only a short drive.
Amenities include: Screened lanai, washer, dryer, walk-in closet, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, vacuum, DVD/CD player, 27" color television with cable, internet connection, all utensils/pots & pans, linens, beach/pool towels, hair dryer.
Sorry- no pets, no smoking due to severe allergies of owner.
