This house's loft (50m² – 540sq² ) is located between République, Place Voltaire, and historical Place de la Bastille, in a private alley called Passage Dudouy. Close to this passage, there is the well known, historical and romantic, Cimetière du Père Lachaise.. In this district, day or night, you will find lot of shops, French cooking restaurant for all purses. You can take a walk by feet, bus, or bicycle, day or night too.
The passage is a succession of individual houses with small garden in front of each one. Our house was built in the year 1850. The passage itself is private, with lot of vegetation: trees, flowers, wine yards, etc. The quietness of the place is guaranteed thanks of a safety system, preventing any intrusion.
The loft is made up of two floors, with five large windows on the facade and tiling on the floor. First floor is where you will find the bedroom with a double bed, furnitures, large cupboard. A few step near is the bathroom, with large mirror, bath and lavatory. The floor also include independent toilets.
Second floor is a unique large room including the fully equipped kitchen. In particular, there is a La Cornue cooker with its extractor hood and a fridge with freezer. The light is abundant everywhere thanks to the large glass roof.
You will be sure to enjoy this countryside cottage in the heart of town: you can even have breakfast or meals taken outside in the house's little garden. Stay a day, you'll want to come back every year again in our quiet Passage Dudouy.
