SeaQuester (1277 Windance Lane, Corolla, NC 27927) is located in the well-maintained community of the Villages of Ocean Hill in Corolla, North Carolina. Situated on a quiet side street within the community, it is three lots back from the oceanfront on the beach side of NC 12 but so close to the ocean you can hear the crashing waves! A short 15 minute walk to the beach through serene neighborhood streets puts you on the wide and less visited sands of the North Beach.
SeaQuester is a three-story beach house professionally decorated with typical beach décor. The upper story consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living space all with soaring cathedral ceilings. Also on this story is a bathroom and one of two master bedrooms, decks that surround the house on one side (with ocean views of course) and a hot tub! The middle story has the second master bedroom, two bathrooms, a kid’s room, and two twin bed bedrooms, decks and a porch swing. All bedrooms are equipped with cable televisions. The bottom floor consists of the laundry room, outdoor shower, under house parking, and beach equipment storage.
There are many and varied things to do while visiting SeaQuester. A half-mile away is the historic Currituck Club (with golfing) as well as the Currituck lighthouse, an enduring symbol of the North Beach. The light from this symbol can be seen from the house at night as you soak in the hot tub! Across the street is a community volleyball court while the community pools, fitness center, and tennis courts are all within an easy walk. For the more adventurous, numerous 4x4 off road and wild horse adventure companies are located in the shopping centers south of the community. Who knows, you might just spot a wild horse! Just a short walk away is the NC National Estuarine Research Reserve where you can take a stroll on a boardwalk to the Sound. Restaurants and the North Beach’s only bookstore and library are located in quaint Village of Corolla.
