The apartment is clean and well-kept, and it is in a good location around many restaurants, shops, and public transit stations. There are grocery stores, bakeries and cafes all within a five-minute walk, providing good food and drink. Sacre-Coeur is very lively at night and we had a lot of fun there. When we first arrived, the gas was not working, but I called Jean-Noel and the problem was solved immediately. We were backpacking through Europe and finished our trip with a week in Paris, and it was a good decision. I would stay here again, and in the future I will recommend the property and management to others.

Jean, Just wanted to let you know again what a wonderful time we had at your apartment. What a fantastic neighborhood in the most beautiful city I have ever been to. And that is from a person who lives in a pretty beautiful city on its own, San Francisco. I hope all is well and we hope to be back very very soon. Tom, San Francisco US.

After a hiccup of a start (apartment not clean) the manager Jean-Noel was very helpful. Rated it average because of the scaffolding surrounding the building, which made everything dusty. The location was great so many restaurants and bars within walking distance, bus and train very close. Neighbourhood was really safe. Sacre-Couer a short bus ride up the hill and an easy walk down through interesting streets. Yes, we would recommend the apartment.
Owner response:Hi stefan, We are again sorry for this cleaning problem. The maintenance company we are using is very efficient. Nevertheless nobody never makes mistakes. They were good at coming within the hour and solving the issue. As far as the scaffholding all is over since early november 2010. We had stopped renting during the planned period for works but they left the scaffholding untill they received some parts 2 months later than planned. No noise but some dust remained. An old story now.

Very pleased with this apartment, except for the scaffolding surrounding the building. Unfortunate timing. Everything was comfortable and clean, the kitchen was great and we felt safe. The surrounding area was most interesting and fun to walk around. Visiting the Montmartre Museum is a must. JeanNoel was very helpful - thank you!! Would definitely recommend it and/or return to it.
Owner response:Hi alice, just to clarify about the scaffholding. Works are over since early November 2010. Initially, we had cancelled renting during the planned period for the works. What happened is that work were stopped for 3 month unexpectedly because of the delay to supply a part. Scaffholding stood still for a long period with no work. That was obvioulsy not optimal for the bookings that had been planned in advance at a time when the works should have been finished. As you know, we did our best to inform in advance. Sincerely

This is a nice apartment in a great location. The apartment is about a 3 minute walk to a metro, so you can get to downtown Paris in about 20 minutes. The area is a nice quiet safe neighborhood with a good patisseries, bistro’s, shops, etc. within short walking distance. The apartment was clean and had everything that you would need, nothing fancy but comfortable. They did have some construction going on, so it was a little noisy in the mornings, but we were gone most of the day sight seeing, so not really a big deal. The construction works kept everything picked up very well, so it wasn’t that obtrusive. This was a great little place to stay on vacation, and I would definitely go back to this place again and would recommend this to any of my friends.
