My son and I loved your apartment. The location was superb, near all the shopping and restaurants, but not in the thick of it, and just a block from the subway. We discovered a wonderful bakery down the street, often getting warm french bread in the morning. The apartment was spacious, light, super comfortable. We could spend time together in the living room and have our alone spaces with bedrooms in opposite sides of the apartment. Felt like royalty having such a large space in the heart of Paris. Would definitely come back and stay here. Another note, the elevator was larger than most, really helpful in carrying my bike bag up to the apartment.

The apartment was as advertised. It's great to end a day exploring Paris by coming back to such a lovely apartment. There's a cafe on the corner of the apartment building that has the best hot chocolate we've ever had and there are many wonderful restaurants nearby to choose from. The Lamark Metro is an easy walk without taking any stairs, which is appreciated after a long day. All in all it was memorable 10 days.

Comfortable, Well Appointed Apartment
Comfortable, Well Appointed Apartment
Stayed in the 3rd floor apartment in a very nice part of the 18th for over a week in April '13. Very large unit with two full bedrooms and bathrooms. Clean. On 3rd floor, but has an efficient lift. Close to multiple subway/metro stops and bus routes. 20 minutes to more central Paris on subway. Excellent selection of markets/stores on the main street. Acceptable number of restaurants to choose from. VERY quiet since on a dead end side street. Very safe area but minutes walk to multiple busy areas if you desire. Don't miss the oasis of a small cemmetary almost next door hidden with a stone wall (with only one small entrance). Minutes walk to quaint parts of Montmartre and masses of people at some parts. To get to Gard Nord for Eurostar, we walked to a subway/metro two stops north of Gard Nord station with lots of luggage to avoid subway transfer and no issue with the distance. Reasonably appointed. It was cold outside but inside the unit temperature was nicely regulated. Washer and dryer (bring soap). Dishwasher (reasonable amount of soap supplied). Abundance of hot water in the unit. In summary pleased with choice. You may meet neighbors in the building but not often - nice residential building. Hence the landlord's request of respecting noise limits which was not an issue and common sense.

The apartment is great. (the description is right on!) The neighborhood is great. Not a bad thing to say. The very nice surprise was that the apartment is on a dead end road - no traffic, no noise at all. There are wonderful cafes, bakeries, groceries and metro stop all within a five minute walk. Thanks so much for the fabulous experience! Also, our deposit was refunded promptly!

This MontMartre apartment is an absolutely splendid place to stay for visiting Paris. The description of the apartment is honest. We are committed VRBO travelers and this was one of most well appointed and equipped units which we have encountered. The neighborhood is quite pleasant and the nearby metro stop provided ready access to any part of the city. We will return to Paris again in the future and hope this apartment will again be available. Thank you for a well maintained, tasteful rental unit.

Spacious and well Located!Guest comment entered by manager
Spacious and well Located!
We have just returned home after a very pleasant month in France. Thank you for the quick refund of the security deposit, which we found on our return. We had a wonderful stay in the Vignes apartment. It is spacious and well appointed, and we particularly liked the fact that there were two bathrooms and toilets, perfect for two couples. the dining /lounge area was large and light with plenty of seating for 4-6 people. Location was excellent, in a quiet cul-de sac that led to a busy street with plenty of food shops and cafes. The metro is a couple of minutes away, and the Sacre Coeur and Place du Tertre a few minutes up the hill. We followed the instructions (very good instructions for everything in the apartment by the way). Thank you for a wonderful place to stay in your beautiful city, we would be very happy to stay at Vignes again if and when we revisit Paris.

We had a lovely week-long stay at the apartment "Vignes". The apartment was just as promised. Everything was very clean and the layout of the apartment was perfect for us. We appreciated the detailed instructions on entering the apartment and how to access the Internet. The location was great--the Lamark-Caligncourt Metro stop was very close and the apartment was located in a building on a dead-end street. It was very quiet and peaceful. I would not hesitate to rent this apartment again. It is perfect for two couples or a family.

This was really a nice apartment in a great area. The apartment had everything that we needed except for soap and extra toilet tissue. We had a celloist on one side of the apartment and a pianist on the other. I loved listening to them play every day. Cafes and restaurants within easy reach. The Bassilica (Sacre-Coeur) is definitely a "must see" and if basically around the corner on the top of the hill. This area is very hilly but there is great night life up the hill near the Bassilica with many piano bars, artists on the street, art galleries, great restaurants. The metro not far and the Open Tour buses can be picked up about 15 minutes walk away. After all of the sights of the city are seen, enjoy your time in Montmartre. There is plenty to see there also.

Lovely Parisian Suite
Lovely Parisian Suite
We had a lovely time at this apt. You can't beat the amount of space and amenities for the price. It also gives you the feel of truly living in Paris. There are some lovely cafes and a wonderful bakery within a few minutes walk; and you can climb the steps to the back side of sacre cover and the artists square with many shops and restaurants. We did not really cook, but having a kitchen is great and there are stores near to get what you need. I highly recommend this apartment, but if you want a critique, it took us longer than 15 minutes to get to the major sites - often 30 minutes or more if you count walking time. Also the stairs in montemarte cannot easily be avoided. So I wouldn't recommend this for someone with difficulty climbing stairs. The apt has everything you need, but the towels were few and thin and the bathroom and kitchen are not terribly new. That is being picky though, I do think this is an amazing apartment.
