Outstanding service and communication from the owner of this immaculate, perfectly located house. We rented for a week while in town on business and were able to work, cook, and relax, thanks to a generously sized kitchen and plenty of outdoor deck space. The youthful, artsy neighborhood is full of locally owned restaurants and bars, shopping, and grocery stores are walkable. Downtown sights and shopping are 6 blocks away. Highly recommended.

A great family gathering place for the holidays!

We invited our three children and their significant others to converge in Denver for Christmas this year, and what a fantastic time we had staying in this lovely home. Coming from New York City, Yosemite National Park, and northern Illinois, this was a wonderful place for all of us. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was so well-equipped that we prepared two large meals during our stay, Christmas Eve dinner and Christmas morning brunch. All the amenities that you can imagine were there for us. It was such a great place to stay that it seems as though we have a "home" in Denver!

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

We had a great visit. We love your home. It has a great feeling to it. We spent a lot of time catching up as we are old friends who get together a couple of times a year. We are already looking forward to next year. We hope when we find out the dates that the home is still available. Thanks!

Fabulous Graduation Celebration

As a VRBO owner myself, I'm very particular what homes I choose to stay in. This event (my daughter's college graduation) was particularly important as we had invited friends and family to stay with us, and of course I wanted everything to be perfect! I was not disappointed!!! This house was truly amazing! As our good friend a celebrity chef and his partner a well known Northwest Interior Decorator said , "Can we buy this house we just love it! Everyone felt so comfortable and the kitchen was terrific! Our friend couldn't believe I had found a house with a commercial style stove and oven! This house was more than I could have asked for in a vacation rental". AJ made it easy and simple for us to rent the house and was also extremely accommodating. The beds were comfortable and the outdoor space just lovely. We loved the area the house is situated in and the garage in the back made all the difference in the world in the convenience of off street parking. The pantry supplies and the cooking utensils were great and our chef again was impressed with the level of quality and supplies in a vacation home. I think we have definitely sold him on using VRBO from now on! I would highly recommend this house for any family or gathering, it was elegant, comfortable and very well appointed! Hi Andy... We are home and readjusted to eastern time. It was a fantastic week. Everyone was so impressed with your house... it couldn't have worked any better for us. The house itself was so comfortable and the kitchen was welcoming and so nicely stocked... we should have planned more meals there... The location could not have been better... we walked everywhere... except for the lacrosse tournament and the family picnic in Westminster. Many thanks... and, since the lacrosse tournament was a big success for Denver, we may be back! Thanks again for providing such a home away from home! Sue

This is a lovely house that has been well preserved and very accomodating. The updated kitchen is a real plus as we celebrated with a holiday dinner. The stairs inside are very steep so may not be the best for individuals with difficulty going up and down stairs. Great for a family vacation with ease to shopping and events in Denver as well as easy access to the mountains for skiing. We loved our stay. Parking can be a challenge as the garage is small and will not accomodate a large SUV. The near and walkable access to Whole Foods and a coffee shop is great. This property was just as advertised.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We had a fantastic time! It was the perfect locale for hosting family and just relaxing after all the wedding events that weekend. We will definitely plan on coming back to your home the next time we're in town! Great central locale to town and to all our relatives as well. We had a wonderful time. Tom

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house had plenty of space to accommodate our family and visitors -- with a great kitchen and back deck. The location is very convenient to downtown Denver and be sure to check out the Kirkland museum down the block. The house was clean, very well maintained and cozy. Thanks for the hospitality.

We would just like to take this opportunity to say how nice it was to stay in your home during our recent stay in Denver. Everything went smooth with no mishaps. Your place fit everyone just right and it was near everything we wanted to do and see. We could tell that you put a lot of time and effort making this 100 year old home current and updated and the improvements that been made are great. Again thanks so much !

Hello ! Just got back from Denver this afternoon. Thanks for your hospitality. You have a wonderful house and my brothers and I enjoyed our stay in Denver. And I got caught up on a couple of issues of The New Yorker, all conveniently located in the House. We loved the kitchen ~ and warmth of the house overall and we hope to get back next year ! My family and I loved the home. The personal touches and attention to detail left us feeling as if we were staying at a friend's house.. a friend with great taste. The extra computer came in handy for the kids. Everything was great, and the owners were super helpful in giving advice for our visit.! Terrrific stay.

Perfect.....we were approximately 1 mile from the Colorado Convention Center, nice walk. Property clean and maintained. We did have one minor problem....the key lock box was hard to get in to. We called the owners and they responded quickly. Dining experiences close by......I would recommend Pete's Greek, Cilantro Fusion, Dave's BBQ. I would recommend this property we had a great stay!!!!

Great location...a short walk to dining, bars, coffee shops, retail, and museums. The house is nicely furnished and very comfortable. The owners did a great job communicating with me at all stages.

Andrew, We all enjoyed your house on Pearl. It has terrific gathering spaces (kitchen, dining room,living room & the patios) and the central location means easy access to everything. We liked having our own private oasis in the back yard in the middle of downtown. Thanks again. Pam

We have visited Denver for a convention the last three years and this year we chose this location to stay at instead of a hotel. I feel like we won the lottery! We were less than five minutes door to door from the Denver Convention Center and the accommodations couldn’t have been better. The whole process ran like a Swiss watch and I highly recommend the property for business or pleasure stays! Sincerely, Clayton White and the guys from Omni Sales.
