WOW! THIS NEW PHASE II 1800+ sf CONDO is the bomb! We didn't cut any corners at all. From the 46" and 40" flat screen HD wall mounted T.V.s in both bedrooms and the living room(that's 3), to the over sized leather furniture in the great room, we were solely thinking about your comfort. Because there is so much sun when you want it, I had hand sewn custom made black-out curtains installed for those mornings when you just won't want to get out of our super comfortable King and Queen size beds. Comfort, Comfort, Comfort.
The true attraction of this condo is its amazing un-unobstructed view of the "Sea of Cortez" from your over sized 550 sf balcony on the 10th floor. Sit on comfortable outdoor patio furniture and enjoy a frozen drink of your choice that's easily prepared with the blender and ice that comes with your state of the art and modernly designed kitchen while you listen to music that makes you happy on a stereo system equipped to handle your IPOD. I didn't even mention the huge Granite counter top bar, Floor to ceiling kitchen cabinetry, Up-graded GE appliances,24" Slate flooring, Over sized tub, Travertine lined showers, 10'ceilings, and wall to wall ocean views scene through sliding glass doors in both the great room and the adjoining master bedroom.
You have to see this place to believe it. That's No Joke!!! Wait until you see your Phase II pool area. I'm talking a lazy river, negative edge pool, a heated pool, and a swim up bar. If the beach is your true desire, you are just steps away from the warm sand and beautiful waters provided by The Sea Of Cortez. Kick back under the grass lined Palapas, Relax and enjoy the sounds of the crashing surf. What more can we say? This resort is just perfect for adults and children of all ages. Remember when you're condo shopping to notice what phase the condos are in. Phase II condos have bigger more spacious floor plans and much nicer amenities. Oh yeah! we also have several very nice restaurants right on property as well as outdoor grills. When you decide to come, you can feel safe with our 24 hour secured, covered parking for your vehicle and your toys. Laws are changing soon, so, bring your passport if you have it.
