Very secluded beach, Vacant lots on each side with very beautiful beach... most of the time all to yourself except for a neighbor down the beach out for a walk with their dog.
The white sand beaches and blue-green water here are considered to be some of the most undisturbed in the world. The dolphins usually do a drive by each morning and play in the surf.
If you're looking for something to do, go shopping, antiquing or have lunch in nearby Appalachicola (Old Historic, Quaint fishing village), or visit the nature preserves out on the Cape.
The master bedroom, and one guest bedroom face the gulf. Leave the sliding doors open at night and fall asleep listening to the soothing sounds of the surf. Very safe and quiet area. Zero Crime! These bedrooms as well as a third on the first level all open out to the wrap around porches !
The home is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Again when you're there you are truly undisturbed and rarely see anyone out on the beach! Come and enjoy!
