  Our family of four stayed here for our spring vacation. Loved the villa, very clean, updated and decorated nicely. Best location in Sea Pines! Directly across from the beach club and convenient to everything on the island. The owner was very helpful & everything was just as he described!

  We rented for 3 months and had the best location, across the street from The Beach Club. A two minute walk to the beach, or the driving range. The villa is beautifully decorated with many extras, including a well stocked kitchen with wine cooler, all small appliances you would want. We enjoyed the huge screened in porch to sit and critique the drives off the first tee of Ocean Course. Very spacious rooms throughout, and a working fireplace, well decorated bedrooms and baths. We had a dinner party for 8 and all of our friends from other villas were quite impressed. We would definitely recommend this villa.

  Your villa is so livable, beautifully furnished, comfortable,so well located near the beach and with a scenic lagoon behind it. Everything one might need is provided in the kitchen. We could not have asked for more. Andrew was welcoming and responsive and has anticipated everything a guest might need to enjoy a stay. We will definitely return and recommend this unit to anyone who wants a relaxing vacation in Hilton Head.

  Great location! The owner was very accommodating. All things were as advertised. Home was very clean, with lots of extra amenities. Convenient location to all things in Sea Pines. Would highly recommend.

  This was the ideal location for our family's vacation! With 2 children under 3 years old, the few minutes walk to both beach and pool was perfect. We also enjoyed biking to Harbour Town to enjoy the playground several mornings. The owner was very helpful and accommodating.

  For our family this is a great location for quick access to the best beach on the Island. This is the second year in a row that we have stayed in this Villa and it won’t be the last. It’s conveniently located within Sea Pines and the network of bike paths can easily take you to Harbour Town, South Beach Village and Coligny Plaza. Unlike many rentals on the Island the Kitchen is well equipped for cooking and entertaining. The rooms are well decorated and spacious. Another bonus is the screened porch that offers peaceful views of the golf course and wildlife over morning coffee. This Villa will provide anyone an enjoyable Sea Pines vacation. We’ll be back!

  Your villa was wonderful. The location was perfect and the size was just right with two teenage kids, especially on rainy days when we needed our space away from each other.  We have stayed in Hilton Head many times, including a couple stays within Sea Pines, and your villa is the nicest we've rented. We would not hesitate to rent this villa again.

  We throughly enjoyed this unit. It is beautifully decorated and is a very comfortable. I am very picky when it comes to accomodations and I couldn't have been more pleased with everything about this property. The location is wonderful - literally right across the street from the beach and there is also a restaurant here - great place for lunch or a glass of wine at sunset. The owners were very helpful and if you need anything they are very responsive.

  Being new to Hilton Head, this was a perfect choice. The villa is very inviting from the moment you walk through the gate. You are greeted by a comfortable front porch to cook-out on in the evenings followed by a beautifully decorated and immaculately clean interior with fabulous kitchen, wonderful natural lighting all throughout, fireplace and wait for it.....the best screened-in porch overlooking the lagoon and golf course, but still very private. The beach or pool is just a short walk from the unit, and we tried to do each every day. Make sure you take a walk down to the ocean in the evening too. The best, best bike path system we've been on. You can literally ride your bike safely anywhere. If you have never been to HHI, you will find it tropical, beautiful, friendly and immaculately kept......makes you want to buy another place. And after you have exhausted yourself for the day, you can snuggle up in the comfortable King sized bed and dream about the next day's activities. Hopefully we will be back in a few months.
