  Was very happy with our stay. Clean unit, beautiful view and just minutes away from all of the attractions. The pier is just beautiful and within walking distance, and just a short drive from the mall. The beach was clean and the sunsets were breathtaking. This unit is within a gated community and was very quiet, perfect getaway from the stress of home. I loved the fact there was a full kitchen and we could cook if we wanted to and always had cold drinks. We will stay again if we visit PCB again.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  We stayed in this condo in July 2011. I have to say that our whole experiece was wonderful! This was the 3rd year for us to stay at Edgewater Resort but the first time for us to use VRBO. The owners were super to work with! From the time I posted a question it was answered in a matter of minutes. They were very helpful and friendly! Even after our return home, our deposit was refunded very quickly. This was the easiest check in we have had. No waiting at the counter. And of course we knew which unit we were staying in. ( One stay we had the resort switched our floor that we originally booked and didn't tell us until we arrived to get checked in) The unit was perfect. We loved the first floor location!!!! It makes you feel like you are sitting right on the beach. I wish I was there right now!! I miss it already! We WILL be staying here again!!!!!

  I have been renting this condo for a couple of years now for myself, wife and two kids for an average 7-8 day stay. You will not, I repeat, Will not find a better price on a first floor on the beach condo in Panama City as well as Edgewater Resort. I have vacationed at Edgewater for 11 years and this is the condo I will rent exclusively in the future. You are so close to the ocean that you can open the patio door and hear the waves break kissing the beach. Oh, By the way, The king size bed in the bedroom is so comfortable you may want to just stay in and snooze, I know I did on several occasions.Great condo at a great price! There is plenty room for 4, decorated nicely and most of all, very clean. If you rent this one you will have a wonderful vacation. I know my family and I did.

  I stayed at this condo in April 2010. Had a great vacation. Beautiful ocean view. The condo was very clean and the location is perfect. Very short distance to walk to the beach or pools. It is in a VERY convenient location. I will definately be staying in this one again.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
