Why the Owner Chose Carlouel
CLEARWATER BEACH, FL is a town that the only purpose is to have FUN! The beach has been ranked #ONE Best City Beach and connects to CALADESI ISLAND STATE PARK which was ranked #ONE Best Beach in America, 2008. The beach houses sit in a quiet, residential neighborhood which is between these two amazing places--you get all the "action" and the "beauty of a natural environment." The Gulf of Mexico has beautiful clear water, gentle surf, gradual sloping bottom and the beach is wide with silky-soft white sand. There is a bench on the beach which says it all, "HEAVEN ON EARTH" and I couldn't agree more!
The Unique Benefits at this House
All the beach houses have their unique character and charm. One is beachfront, another is across the street and another is less than a block to walk to the water. Each is decorated in a colorful happy tropical theme. There is a King, Queen and some Twins in each. There is a gas-grill on the patio for grilling dinner. We respect our guests privacy. Their comfort and enjoyment is very important to us.

It is our 11th Year Anniversary for Beach House rentals at Clearwater Beach, Florida! I have enjoyed meeting all our guests and am thrilled to welcome back many who return again and again. Giving the children and grandchildren a chance to frolic in the water and play in the sand has always been a thrill for me.

Ann, Thank you for the use of your SeaShore home. It served our large family very well. You have a beautiful spot here on Clearwater Beach. I'm sure our family will remember this "winter" vacation from the chilly winds and snow of New England for many years to come. Our best to you!!!

A return visit to the family beach house since 1969. This was a rare treat and really special. The house has changed but still feels the same in my heart. I hope to come back soon with my brother and sister. Ann, I can't thank you enough.

We had a great time and hope to return someday. We took a Dolphin cruise, snorkeled, parasailed, went deep-sea fishing and managed to squeeze in Universal Studios. Oh--we all loved the beach and are taking home some "tans." Everything was nice and clean. Thank you for a great place to stay and have our fun!

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our visit with friends and family. Our only regret was that we could not stay another week! The birds chirping in the chimney added to the "Tropical Rainforest" feel of the Great Room! We hope to be back again next year!
