My family and I have been visiting Vista Cay for the past five years. Each of the years we experienced different condos and townhouses, and enjoyed them all. We recently stayed in this condo, and had an experience of a life time! Not only do you have an majestic view of the pool, lakefront and sunrise, but you have an absolutely beautiful and spacious condo. Not only did the Millenium at Vista Cay Management call, but the owners did as well. Having that personal connection gave us that extra spark in our vacation. We will certainly be back!!!

For anyone looking for a beautiful stay in the Orlando area, this is it. This was my first time renting a condo and I was apprehensive. I must say the owners were very nice, organized and communicated every detail you needed to know. This made the arrangements seamless and less stressful. The cost was reasonable as well. The area was great! It was near every theme park, great restaurants and shopping. As for the condo itself it was like home away from home. Absolutely gorgeous, clean and the view of the lake was so nice. The property itself was kept up and clean. The club house/pool were close and convenient. If you needed anything the management were there to help. During our stay the coffee maker did not work, I called and they brought a new one right out of the box the same day. I was traveling with my elderly parents and needed an open, spacious floor plan with no stairs, a spacious master bath with walk in shower. This place met all our needs.There is no doubt I will stay there again!!

Perfect Stay

Of the many choices at Vista Cay this is the best. Private, quiet, spotless, amazing mattresses, right next to the pool. The owner was so organized and easy to deal with. We had a wonderful time. Sitting out each morning on the balcony bird watching osprey, herons, ibis and more just an amazing time.

The pictures perfectly represent this unit. It is beautifully appointed and very spacious. The deck was great as well with very comfortable furniture. The unit overlooks the lake and is right next to the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed and with three teenagers, the 4 TVS came in handy. The grounds were pristine and we saw lizards, ducks and rabbits everyday. My son and daughter went on lizard catching expeditions every evening. The pool was beautiful. We swam everyday and never had a problem getting 5 chairs together the whole week. Sandy and Joe, the owners were great to work with and Millenium was responsive as well. This was my first stay at Vista Cay and I would definitely stay in Villa Da Lago again if it was available.

Beautiful and Spacious

My Husband and I stayed at your beautiful condo at Vista Cay Resort in Orlando. I had a conference to go to at the convention center. It was so convenient! I even walked when weather permitted. The resort is immaculate as is the condo. We use VRBO and Home Away regularly. Usually the pictures make the houses look better than they really are, but when we walked in this condo, the pictures did not do it justice! It was so spacious. The view from the balcony was great. Don't hesitate renting this home!

A beautiful place, exactly as described. If anything, photos don't fully convey how spacious and comfortable this condo is. Ideal location for Universal and SeaWorld, very close to several good restaurants at Point Orlando, and an easy drive to Disney parks. Owners are very professional and easy to deal with. We would definitely stay there again.

What a beautifully place to stay, professionally decorated, spacious, comfortable with all amenities and a great location. This condo is near the pool and clubhouse and has a beautiful lake view. The owners were so personable and organized in sending us very helpful information. The location is fantastic, near the airport, shopping, restaurants and attractions. We will definately return. Beautiful Condo exactly as described

We stayed at the condo for 8 days in early July and were very impressed with the quality of the furnishings and finish throughout. The location of the condo is ideal, both within the complex itself ( not far from the pool but far enough away not to bother you whilst out on the balcony) and also in relation to all the attractions that Orlando has to offer. The owner was easy to deal with throughout and emailed details of the property well in advance of our stay and called when we arrived to make sure all was well. We would recommend this property without hesitation to friends/family.

We just returned from this condo 6/19/10. It was perfect. The owners were very accomodating and genuinely concerned that everything was just right. The condo was quiet and comfortable. The laundry room was large and useful. Everything I looked for in the kitchen I found. This condo is large and the complex is in excellent- near new condition. I have a son with high mold allergies and he did very well within the condo- certainally because it was newer but more importantly it was clean and dry in Florida's humidity. It was conveniently located right next to the pool and activities room, but not so on top of it that it was noisy. It was so nice to return to such comfortable, cool, luxurious accomodations after hot, tiring days at Disney.

What can I say other than wow! The condo far exceeded our expectations and we enjoyed every minute of our week there. It's a wonderful location and a beautiful view. The owners are so easy to talk with, and made sure that they checked in with us when we arrived to make sure that everything was to our liking and to answer any additional questions we might have had. The pictures on the website accurately reflect the condos true appearance and we had all the amenities that we needed! I would recommend this rental to a relative and my friends. When we walked into the condo we all looked at each and said BEAUTIFUL because it was exactly as pictured. Everything was spotless and very well kept up. Anything you would ever need from pots and pans to a blender was there. TV's were in all bedrooms and another large one in the living room. Since it was a group of 7 adults we loved cooking our meals and being able to just talk and hang out rather than having to eat in restaurants all the time. We used the large balcony every night watching the sunset and having drinks. The location was perfect because we could see the pool which was just steps away, but we overlooked a little lake. The lake was great because it had a path to walk around it so the walking was easy. The pool was gorgeous and there was never a problem to find any chairs. The clubhouse had computers you could use for free, a pool table and video games. There was even a little private theatre where we rented our own movie and it felt you were at the movies. Every employee from the rental company to the employees at the club house were very friendly. The condo is right beside a Publix so it was very convient. It was a very short drive to all the parks, restaurants and the airport so the location is perfect. The owners were fabulous to deal with and even called while we were there to make sure everything was ok. Our only problem was....we didn't want to leave!! We will be back!!

We have stayed at this condo multiple times for many reasons. First of all, the owners are extremely easy to work with. Furthermore, this unit is in a great location, it is quiet and peaceful but yet so close to everything in Orlando! The condo is so spacious, clean, and very nice. It is furnished and decorated very nicely. We will continue to stay here everytime we return to Orlando!

What can I say, another great vacation in Villa on the Lake! We are repeat customers for a reason ... everything is spacious, well furnished and clean, clean, clean. This is the only rental I've ever stayed where I didn't have to bring Soft Scrub and my own frying pan for cooking eggs! We enjoyed watching the ducks swim in the lake from our balcony and Sea World's nightly fireworks. My son loved the fact that he had his own personal palm tree right outside his bedroom window. You can really tell the owners spend time thinking of their guests. My only complaint is that my teenagers grew awfully fond of all the big screen tv's in the unit and now they are bugging me to buy them for our house! This is truly a lovely place and don't hesitate to book this property. We will be back again next year. Thanks Joe and Sandy!!!!!

What a wonderful stay. Great communication with owners. The condo unit was pristine, with loads of space and everything in order. Full kitchen, laundry. Ducks on the pond. The location was great--walking distance to grocery store, a few miles to Universal Studios, and 15 minutes tops to Disney. Restaurant row within a mile of the condo. Pristine pool, hottub, great balcony for morning "wake up"--my kids were content to lounge even when Disney parks were calling. That's a first. Seriously, I'll never stay "on property" again. This was such a better experience than all of our other Disney trips--goodbye Grand Floridian.

LOVED this place!!!! AAAAAAA++++++ It's exactly how it's featured online. VERY clean and spacious. Luxurious furnishings too. Enjoy sunrises and O.J. from the balcony every morning. Watch nightly fireworks at Sea World from the balcony every night. Walking path around the lake - ducks, egrets, herons galore. Best location in the resort. Clean pool/s and kids loved the clubhouse, especially the movie theatre room. We had one little tv issue (our fault) and the management company was fast to remedy. We had NO complaints. You must stay - and for not much more than the price of a teeny weeny hotel room. Come on! Whatya waitin' for? We'll def stay again! Nice friendly owners too!

We have visit Vista Cay twice a year for the past three years so I can probably state that this was the best position condo's we've ever stayed in. (just next door to the club house). The Villa da Lago far exceeded our expectations with every window view looking onto Lake Cay "Awesome". Large spacious balcony also overlooked Lake Cay. Sunrises and Sunsets - ****truely amazing****. Our family watched the last night launch of the Space shuttle Endeavour from the balcony****SPECTACULAR**** Tranquil settings. The only small minus of this exotic condo was not being told until we had arrived that you had to pay an extra daily rate for the use of the condo's office computer. That was one of the reasons why I never brought our wireless laptop. But then again you can also use the clubhouse. Super location base for visiting any of the theme Parks. Great communications from Sandy and his wife. Such a pleasure to deal with. Perfect holiday. Will recommended the Villa da Lago @ Vista Cay to all of my family and friends. Cecilia

Dear Sandy and Joe - Everything was wonderful - beautifully appointed condo with everything we needed! Loved the area - my husband and I are a bit beyond the theme parks, so we were a bit concerned about what we might find to do while our daughter and her guest did their thing! As it turned out, we didn't do much of anything! We were perfectly happy staying at the condo and sitting on the front porch watching the resident alligator. We would certainly stay there again should we return to the area. My husband could not get the television to work (not that there was anything wrong with it however) and when he called, the company was there within 15 minutes. We were impressed with the company and the entire complex. We thought your unit was possibly the best in the whole complex! Thanks again! Melrose

Location and ameneties! We couldn't have asked for more. The Villa da Lago @ Vista Cay property far exceeded our expectations. Can't wait to return next year. Sitting on the balcony overlooking Lake Cay made for the perfect start and finish to each day. The staff at the management company and Clubhouse were very friendly and accessible to answer any questions we had. Concierge service helped us plan out all of our actvities as well! This is definitely the way to go!! I have recommended the Villa da Lago @ Vista Cay to all of my friends and family.

The four of us (me, 2 teen girls, and my mom) stayed here over March break for one week. The unit is huge, with a giant living area and huge master bedroom and bath. Very upscale furnishings. Almost like a four bedfroom as there is an office (no door) with a sleeper sofa and the computer in addition to the three bedrooms (all good size, but master is very large). The appliances are stainless steel, and the unit was spotless. The best part for me (and there were many) was the absoltely breathtaking view from the balcony of the lake, Seaworld fireworks, and to the left the pool area. Ver peaceful and relaxing after a hard day at the parks or shopping, as well as first thing in the morning. Very upsacle patio furnishings as well. Unit very well equipped with all you will need. And Sandy was a pleasure to deal with both by email and phone. We have travelled a lot, (aroudn the world) and many trips to Orlando and other Florida areas. We have rented condos before, all of which went fine, no complaints, but all were not anywhere near as nice, luxurious, spacious, and with such a view. Usually what you seem to get is a basic place to sleep and hang out, but without the comforts of home. This with its 4 large LCD tv's and dvd's was bettre than our home. My 14 year old daughter says super service, super size, super fun, super modern. The pool and clubhouse were also just as they look in the pictures and although we only used the pool twice (we were busy!) it was great and the hot tub was nice and big. Thanks again Sandy. debbie

Spacious Luxury Condo!

I just returned from my stay at Villa da Lago, and I was extremely impressed. I am a very hard to please traveler, and expect only the best accommodations. This condo exceeded my expectations. We were the very first visitors, and traveled to Orlando to attend a trade show at Orange County Convention Center. I cannot believe how close Vista Cay is to the Convention Center, but avoids all of the crazy convention traffic on International Drive! It is also very close to Disney and other Orlando attractions. I travel to Orlando two to three times per year for business. This was by far the most relaxing trip I've had to Orlando. The resort community and condo made me feel more like I was on vacation than business travel. The view of the lake and pool from the condo balcony is unbelievable. The condo is so spacious and decorated with every attention to detail. I didn't want to leave. It's the perfect location for business or family/leisure travel. I can't wait to go back with my family. I'm still getting pats on the back from my coworkers for this find. Don't miss an opportunity to stay at Orlando's finest!
