Our condo (5F) is a large three-bedroom, three-bath Condo (over 1900 square feet including lanais)...it's the largest floor plan available at the resort. You can sleep up to eight comfortably and you’ll have plenty of room to relax and enjoy the warm breezes and sunshine that the South Kohala/Waikoloa Beach Resort area offers.
You’ll get use of the beautiful Hali'i Kai Beach Club with a gorgeous pool (small children will love the shallow pool play area), fitness room, BBQ, lounge area, restaurant and bar--all with a cliff-side view of the ocean. One of the most beautiful places on earth! You may never want to leave the resort.
Hali'i Kai is located next to the famous Waikoloa golf course with the Hilton Waikoloa just a short walk away ($80 per day for a family of four are offered to enjoy their resort amenities if they are not full). The King’s Shops and Queen's Shops provide restaurants and shopping within the resort area. There are many beaches close by to enjoy. Hali'i Kai is approximately 20 minutes from the Kona airport.
Our Villa includes:
-High-quality furnishings.
-The upstairs master bedroom, with it’s own private lanai, has an ocean/golf course view. The en suite master bathroom includes a stall shower, a large soaking tub, and walk-in closet. A flat-screen LCD TV, DVD Player and I-Pod compatible speaker system.
-The 2nd upstairs bedroom has two twin beds, and a separate bathroom with a stall shower.
-The Downstairs queen bedroom with flat-screen LCD TV, DVD Player and radio (I-pod compatible). Adjacent to the bedroom is a third bathroom with a tub/shower.
-We have supplied a very comfortable queen Aerobed for use in the the twin bedroom or family room to allow the unit to accommodate up to eight people.
-The kitchen has granite counter-tops with new appliances and all you need to either cook your own meals or enjoy take-out on the lanai (this is where we eat most of our meals).
-A laundry room with a washer and dryer are also available in the unit.
-Free Wireless Internet
The Great Room has a Flat-Screen Plasma TV, DVD Player, and Stereo system (iPod-compatible), Dining Table and chairs, and stools for the counter. The vaulted ceiling gives the unit a feeling of spaciousness and light. The lanai off of the great room has a golf course and ocean view.
The Tennis Courts and Basketball Court are located just a few steps from the unit.
During whale season (December-April) it’s easy to see humpbacks swimming directly off the coast from the Ocean Club. No need to take excursions when you’ve got a premier view from the shoreline. With sunsets off the horizon and the sounds of waves crashing in the background; it truly creates a pleasing and therapeutic environment for all to enjoy.
There is so much to do within just a few minutes (helicopter rides, beaches, luau's, shopping, fishing, golf, K ranch, Whale-watching, Scuba, Snorkeling, incredible restaurants and so much more). The area and resort are truly "hidden gems." Hali'i Kai provides a luxurious home base from which you can explore the entire Big Island and its many picturesque beaches. We will give guests great tips on where to eat, play and shop!

Be advised, Hali'i Kai Resort collects a one time check-in fee of $30.00 + tax for each reservation (regardless of stay duration or number in party or whom the reservation is booked through). The check-in fee allows guests access to the property and Ocean Club facilities and includes the following:
1. Electronic entry gate key card
2. Two (2) Welcome Drink coupons
3. Two (2) Twenty Percent (20%) off Restaurant Coupons
Please Note: No reservation dates are placed on hold until a Rental Contract is requested. Deposits are due within 7 days after a Rental Contract is sent to Renter. Dates and Rates are not guaranteed until the rental contract is signed and the deposit is received.

Hali'i Kai offered what the owners have always looked for in Hawaii. A lush, tropical surrounding with gorgeous ocean and golf course views. The serenity of the condo resort along with the amenities of the ocean-front pool, bar and restaurant were unmatched in any of the condos that the owners had rented in over 20 years in visits to the islands.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We love all of the beaches that are nearby...on other islands, we preferred one or two...but the Big Island gives much more variety and less congestion. Having 3 bedrooms for our family of four means a separate bedroom for each child. The closeness of world-class restaurants and incredible family activities were, again, unmatched on any other island resort we have stayed at through the years.
