This beautiful mid-century contemporary style home is tastefully furnished and is located in the charming residential neighborhood of Victoria Park. We are just two blocks to Holiday Park--one of Fort Lauderdales' best with tennis courts, ballfields and the park is home to a local treasure, the Parker Playhouse Theater.
Conveniently located four blocks to Publix supermarket and Walgreens pharmacy, one mile to the Galleria, two miles to downtown and six miles from the airport. The ocean is less than 2 miles away.
The home features a fabulous open kitchen, complete with new stainless appliances, granite c-tops, and fully equipped for you to create your favorite meals. - No Pets Allowed: No Pets. Low allergen household therefore we cannot allow any pets, no matter what size. Any guest that brings a pet (no matter the size) to the rental unit is subject to immediate cancelation of their rental period with no refund and may be subject to cleaning and additional fee.
- Not Suitable for Children: While pool area is in the back of the property and fully fenced and enclosed, there are numerous access point to the pool from within the house that are not fenced.

- Smoking Not Allowed: No smoking allowed in the house! Low allergen household therefore we cannot allow smoking anywhere in the house.
