WOW! That is all I can say ! The pictures of this place do not do it justice - the house was immaculate and well maintained and beautiful! Not only was it beautiful it was well stocked and in an amazing location! The owner was very accomadating and very accessible and was incredibly helpful! We were traveling with our 16 month old daughter so to have a house that was well stocked, relaxing and in a conveniant location was a must! Thank you Steve for helping us have a WONDERFUL vacation!!!!!

Just one word : Perfect. Found everything we needed nice and helpful owner. Close to the beaches and most attractions in Fort Lauderdale. Our first choice when returning to Florida. Besser geht es kaum. Perfektes Haus, Top Austattung,netter Besitzer, gute Lage.

Your home is a paradise.All is beautiful and clean.The kitchen is marvellous.The equipment very complete.The conception is perfect .And you Steve you are an extraordinary owner!!!!!!

Quelle agréable surprise de se sentir comme chez soit d'emblée dans cette maison typiquement américaine de Fort Lauderdale.L'environnement très calme et très verdoyant est un ravissement.Nous y avons passé un séjour exceptionnel.La conception est très bien pensée,la déco et le mobilier contemporain de très bon goût.Cette maison allie pratique et confort.Elle est superbement équipée .Nous avons même trouvé du café ,des chips,des chocolats et un délicieux camembert délicatement acheté par le propriétaire qui est d'un accueil et d'une convivialité surprenants. Il saura tout en étant discret vous conseiller pour votre vie quotidienne : une plage,un restaurant,un supermarché .Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette maison et pense en fait que la seule difficulté sera de trouver de la disponibilité!!!!

Our 10 days in the Fort Lauderdale area was made all the more enjoyable by our stay in this immaculate, gorgeous home. We especially enjoyed the very private pool (a true oasis with palm trees overhead). Loved the sound system which allowed us to enjoy music throughout the house, even outside. We appreciated the convenience of being able to prepare some meals in the fully outfitted kitchen. The exquisite king-sized bed with the great pillows and linens allowed a restful night's sleep. Near beaches and highways.It really is as nice as the pictures! We would definitely stay here again if in the area. Thanks, Steve, for making everything so easy for us.

This is one of the most amazing houses in which my wife and I ever stayed. The house was imaculate and sparkling clean. The Kitchen is beutifull and fully stocked, the bathrooms are goergous and the pool is pure luxury! We thoroughly enjoyed every minute and had an amazing vacation! And finally - the owner Steve- He is truly outstanding and a pleasure to deal with. He was there 'in a flash' whenever we needed him. We will definitally recommend this place to our aquaintances and family and surely plan on coming back again. Thanks again Steve!

Thank you Steve for the great Vacation, your house is in mint condition! We loved it from the first day! We were staying for 3 weeks- everything is near by- 3 Minutes to Ft. Lauderdale Beach, 2 Minutes to Galleria Mall, 1 Minute to US 1 and 7 Minutes to I 95! The house was perfectly clean and has everything you need! 2 Bicycles, Beach Towels and Umbrellas and Coolers. The Pool was clean and refreshing- nobody can see you! Great- we definetly come back!! See you soon... PS I loved the lightning in the house and the music system for all the rooms!!

I stayed at this house last weekend to celebrate my bday weekend with my boyfriend and I was extremely impressed. The house is BEAUTIFUL and the pictures are very accurate! The house was immaculate and beautiful! In addition, the house is well stocked with everything you will need to have a fabulous Florida vacation! Our family stayed at this wonderful home for a week in May and were very pleased with everything. Our kids were in the pool 24/7 and have not stopped reminding us how much they loved Florida. Communication with the owner and property manager made us feel welcome and well taken care of.

Our family had a spectacular time in Ft. Lauderdale! This stay changed our minds about Florida. Staying at Steve's was the best way to enjoy ourselves with a private pool, beautiful ammenities, quiet neighborhood yet close to everything! The pics of this house don't do it justice, It is Beautiful and clean. Nothing compared to the horror stories of bugs and filth some of our friends brought back from Florida. We absolutely hated to leave, and cannot wait to go back! Safe environment, pretty plants, classy decorating, everything you need to relax and have a great time. It was so easy to feel at home right away. The pool was clean and clear and we didn't feel the need to go to the beach as we had our own paradise at home. Thanks Steve!

The house is beautiful. I just returned from a week at this house and I did not want to leave. It was spotless, well maintained, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity you could possibly want. The owner and his property manager provided excellent customer service. I would recommend this property to anybody. It was close to everything, less than 15 minutes from the airport, very close to the beach and shopping. I loved it!!!!!

From the time I spoke to the owner Steve on the phone until checkout our experience at this lovely Victoria Park home was above and beyond our expectations. The upkeep is immaculate and you can tell that the owners really love their, home and in return you will too! My wife and I stayed with my parents and it worked out great for all. Waking-up every day to a pool view, swimming in a gorgeous backyard with great privacy, and staying in home with fantastic furnishings......a little piece of heaven. Very clean and all the extras including bicycles for an easy ride to the beach! I'll never stay at hotel again when visiting south Florida, I'll be at this home in Victoria Park!

We rented this property for 6 weeks in March and April of 2008. It was outfitted with everything you could possibly need for comfort and convience. We were close to all the shopping, from groceries to fine clothing and gifts. The choice of dining in the area is plentiful, but the kitchen is equip with all you could need and the grill is an extra we used alot. I especially liked the pool area because it is very private and tropically landscaped. The owners could not have been more pleasant to deal with, and we are already looking forward to next year.
