Talk about quality! Very private, well maintained, fully appointed and quiet in a residential area close to beach, stores, restaurants and main highways. This stay was a blast. The two of us loved the place and felt like home. Clean, decorated with taste, nothing missing. Pool stuff, full kitchen and cooking ware, ample towels, bikes, helmets and locks... Even some sweets and wine upon arrival while being welcomed by the owner. What could we say more than BOOK IT NOW !!!!!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

My husband and our two small children stayed at Steve's house in November while visiting family and friends in the area. First, I should mention that communication was easy and prompt. When we entered the house I was very pleasantly surprised. It is beautiful, clean and welcoming. Such thought went into the place that I thought the owner lived there. We were able to host our family dinner and found everything we needed to do so, pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, etc. This was much easier than dragging the kids around at night and the pool area is so pleasant that it would be a shame not to use it. The beds were comfortable, towels (both bath and beach) were provided, and the area is quiet for sleeping yet close to everything you need. My wife and I stayed at this property for the month of August this year and were delighted with our stay in every respect. The property is beautiful - as advertised; and the photos are entirely accurate. The house is spacious, well furnished, and decorated throughout with style and wonderful taste. The pool is well maintained and only a few steps away from the house. We lounged, swam and enjoyed it every day!. The central air conditioning provided comfortable climate control even when the outside temperatures stayed above 90 degrees. The bedrooms are large and the king/queen beds provided comfortable rest. During our stay, we were joined by family members for short visits and the accommodations provided ample comfort and privacy. The kitchen is as advertised: chef quality, with everything necessary to prepare and serve elaborate meals. The entire property is wired with stereo sound; flat screen TVs in the Lanai or "Florida room" as well as the bedrooms made it easy to enjoy entertainment. Outside speakers in the pool area allowed us to enjoy music during lazy afternoon/evenings. Facilities for dining in the outside deck area include a Weber gas grill and dining table for 6; which we used extensively! The property is well located in a quiet residential area, with supermarkets, pharmacy, etc. all close by. The Galleria Mall is only 5 minutes away; and includes several fine restaurants and a full range of shopping. Best of all, was the property owner! Steve is an excellant host and was attentive to our every question. The entire property reflects his personal attention to detail and guest comfort and satisfaction. We look forward to staying again at this property next year! We highly reccomend this property for a wonderful vacation experience!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Its just almost a month ago that we arrived in the Terrace Avenue and some days our holiday is over again. The house is just perfect and well maintained and as described. You will find almost everything you will need. Due to the fact that it is complete and decorated with style and high end furniture you feel very quick like as home. The location is very good as you have a publix, the mall, a cinema, a park, a greek diner and other shops and locations near by. I used the bike a lot and really enjoyed to have a view on Lauderdale by bike. The pool is perfect for kids and for a quick refreshment. Our son, 6 years old, enjoyed it very much. The kitchen is perfect and contains all you need. Beds are very nice and are all comfortable. We will for sure come back. Thx Steve and Laz.Did you find this review helpful? WOW! That is all I can say ! The pictures of this place do not do it justice - the house was immaculate and well maintained and beautiful! Not only was it beautiful it was well stocked and in an amazing location! The owner was very accomadating and very accessible and was incredibly helpful! We were traveling with our 16 month old daughter so to have a house that was well stocked, relaxing and in a conveniant location was a must! Just one word : Perfect. Found everything we needed nice and helpful owner. Close to the beaches and most attractions in Fort Lauderdale. Our first choice when returning to Florida. Quelle agréable surprise de se sentir comme chez soit d'emblée dans cette maison typiquement américaine de Fort Lauderdale.L'environnement très calme et très verdoyant est un ravissement.Nous y avons passé un séjour exceptionnel.La conception est très bien pensée,la déco et le mobilier contemporain de très bon goût.Cette maison allie pratique et confort.Elle est superbement équipée .Nous avons même trouvé du café ,des chips,des chocolats et un délicieux camembert délicatement acheté par le propriétaire qui est d'un accueil et d'une convivialité surprenants. Il saura tout en étant discret vous conseiller pour votre vie quotidienne : une plage,un restaurant,un supermarché .Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette maison et pense en fait que la seule difficulté sera de trouver de la disponibilité!!!!Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Our 10 days in the Fort Lauderdale area was made all the more enjoyable by our stay in this immaculate, gorgeous home. We especially enjoyed the very private pool (a true oasis with palm trees overhead). Loved the sound system which allowed us to enjoy music throughout the house, even outside. We appreciated the convenience of being able to prepare some meals in the fully outfitted kitchen. The exquisite king-sized bed with the great pillows and linens allowed a restful night's sleep. Near beaches and highways.It really is as nice as the pictures! We would definitely stay here again if in the area. This is one of the most amazing houses in which my wife and I ever stayed. The house was imaculate and sparkling clean. The Kitchen is beutifull and fully stocked, the bathrooms are goergous and the pool is pure luxury! We thoroughly enjoyed every minute and had an amazing vacation! And finally - the owner Steve- He is truly outstanding and a pleasure to deal with. He was there 'in a flash' whenever we needed him. We will definitally recommend this place to our aquaintances and family and surely plan on coming back again. Thanks again Steve!Recommended for: Romantic getaway

Thank you Steve for the great Vacation, your house is in mint condition! We loved it from the first day! We were staying for 3 weeks- everything is near by- 3 Minutes to Ft. Lauderdale Beach, 2 Minutes to Galleria Mall, 1 Minute to US 1 and 7 Minutes to I 95! The house was perfectly clean and has everything you need! 2 Bicycles, Beach Towels and Umbrellas and Coolers. The Pool was clean and refreshing- nobody can see you! Great- we definetly come back!! See you soon... PS I loved the lightning in the house and the music system for all the rooms!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

I stayed at this house last weekend to celebrate my bday weekend with my boyfriend and I was extremely impressed. The house is BEAUTIFUL and the pictures are very accurate! The house was immaculate and beautiful! In addition, the house is well stocked with everything you will need to have a fabulous Florida vacation! We had such a nice time and plan to return in the future. Our family stayed at this wonderful home for a week in May and were very pleased with everything. Our kids were in the pool 24/7 and have not stopped reminding us how much they loved Florida. Our family had a spectacular time in Ft. Lauderdale! This stay changed our minds about Florida. Staying at Steve's was the best way to enjoy ourselves with a private pool, beautiful ammenities, quiet neighborhood yet close to everything! The pics of this house don't do it justice, It is Beautiful and clean. Nothing compared to the horror stories of bugs and filth some of our friends brought back from Florida. We absolutely hated to leave, and cannot wait to go back! Safe environment, pretty plants, classy decorating, everything you need to relax and have a great time. It was so easy to feel at home right away. The pool was clean and clear and we didn't feel the need to go to the beach as we had our own paradise at home. The house is beautiful. I just returned from a week at this house and I did not want to leave. It was spotless, well maintained, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity you could possibly want. The owner and his property manager provided excellent customer service. I would recommend this property to anybody. It was close to everything, less than 15 minutes from the airport, very close to the beach and shopping. I loved it!!!!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

From the time I spoke to the owner Steve on the phone until checkout our experience at this lovely Victoria Park home was above and beyond our expectations. The upkeep is immaculate and you can tell that the owners really love their, home and in return you will too! My wife and I stayed with my parents and it worked out great for all. Waking-up every day to a pool view, swimming in a gorgeous backyard with great privacy, and staying in home with fantastic furnishings......a little piece of heaven. Very clean and all the extras including bicycles for an easy ride to the beach! I'll never stay at hotel again when visiting south Florida, I'll be at this home in Victoria Park!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We rented this property for 6 weeks in March and April of 2008. It was outfitted with everything you could possibly need for comfort and convience. We were close to all the shopping, from groceries to fine clothing and gifts. The choice of dining in the area is plentiful, but the kitchen is equip with all you could need and the grill is an extra we used alot. I especially liked the pool area because it is very private and tropically landscaped. The owners could not have been more pleasant to deal with, and we are already looking forward to next year.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
