  Condo was as advertised. Very nice and same as others that we have stayed at in the Founders Pointe building. Charlotte was great to work with. All contract info was taken care of very quickly and efficiently making the process seamless. I needed to contact Charlotte a few times throughout the process and after arriving (key did not work). I was always able to reach her via cellphone and never had to wait for messages to be returned. This is a great condo in a great building. We enjoyed the fantastic hot tub every night after skiing. Heated parking is a plus also. Looking forward to next year....

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, people with disabilities, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! Everything was like new and very clean. There was even coffee and fixin's in the cupboard. We had a good view of the mountain and the hot tub. Great price and location. We went snowmobiling at Great Adventures which was fun. We also went dog sledding. It was very expensive for a relatively short ride but the dogs were super entertaining!

  Recommended for: Families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

  The condo was delightful. It was well appointed with cooking utensils and the like (better than many of the bigger condos I've stayed it), the bathtub was awesome (though I didn't need it because the hot tub is so wonderful), and the bed was very comfortable. Everything worked out perfectly.

  We stayed in this unit in early April. It is clean, new and well-appointed. Location is great; one of the few places in Winter Park that is true walking distance from the lift. Evelyn is great to work with, too. (Don't worry about the deposit--this is the first time I've been asked to send one with vrbo, and it was promptly returned.) We will be back.
