Fairway Oaks in Cherry Grove is a quiet complex of townhome style condos with an outdoor pool and hot tub in the pool house area. The unit we are renting is about 50 yards from the pool and an easy walk (approx. 800 yards) to the beach. Biking and walking is wonderful in the moderate climate of North Myrtle Beach. HOA policy does not allow for trailer, motorcycle, jet ski, boat, motorhome, bus or the like to park in this complex. Golf carts are not allowed for less than six month rentals. Our unit is also smoke free.
The newly painted unit has a kitchen with a full size refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. Dishes, pots and pans are provided. Families can gather in the downstairs common area or spread out in the two upstairs bedrooms and the master suite downstairs. There is wireless high speed internet provided throughout the unit. There are cable TV'S in all bedrooms and living room and DVDs in two bed rooms and living room. A clothes washer and dryer are off the kitchen. The unit has a patio with outdoor table, chairs, and grill. It's a quiet place for reading and relaxing. New flooring in the living room and master bedroom allows for a clean and bright look.
Surf Golf Club is adjacent to the Fairway Oaks property. Many other courses are an easy drive from this unit. All of the attractions of North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach Areas are within easy reach including all major restaurant chains and Calabash, North Carolina home of some of the best seafood anywhere.

The climate is good most of the year, just a touch of winter and long beautiful falls and springs. Summer is special and North Myrtle Beach offers a host of summer activities.

We enjoy the quiet family dwelling away from home. The pool and nearby golf is also attractive here. Shopping for almost anything is a plus in this area.
