Why the Owner Chose Celadon
We lived in the Panama City Beach area for nearly 14 years. We moved to the Villages when
we retired because there is more activity for year round enjoyment, and the golf fees are much less expensive. We still love getting the sand between our toes, so we will hold onto our Celadon Unit, hopefully, for a long, long time!
All the more reason we appreciate our guests so very much!
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
So many things make our unit at Celadon perfect for a great beach vacation.
First, we are just about a mile from the new Pier Park which has numerous places to eat, shop,
and go to the movies!
The beach is one of the most beautiful in the world.
We are on the West end of PCB, so there is much less rowdiness ( which we are not against, but
prefer more layed back times now). Our end of the beach is much more family oriented. Great place for young children and early teens.

They are typical little boys, and always underfoot!
They LOVE the beach! Especially Doodle. He is all up for adventure! Look out sand crabs!
We live in Central Florida, but get up to PCB whenever we get the chance.
I love renting to my guests. They are all so good about taking care of our place.
I feel that I have made many friends over the past few years through my rental
program. I appreciate all the compliments that we get on our place at Celadon
Beach Resorts! It is just about the best place in the world for a beach get-a-way!
