The new "Pier Park" is just a 1.5 miles east of Celadon. This new area features a new movie theater, upscale restaurants and shopping.
Across the street from Celadon you'll find a wonderful local Italian restaurant and bakery and a new beach shop that serves ice cream. A few miles to the west is 30A, where you can visit Seaside, Watercolor, or any of the quaint towns along that scenic route.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
So many things make our unit at Celadon perfect for a great beach vacation.
We are just about a mile and a half from the new Pier Park which has numerous places to eat, shop, and go to the movies!
The beach is one of the most beautiful in the world.
We are on the West end of PCB, so there is much less rowdiness ( which we are not against, but
prefer more layed back times now). Our end of the beach is much more family oriented. Great place for young children and early teens.
Gulf World Marine park offers live shows featuring dolphins, sea lions, exotic birds and reptiles. You will also be able to explore animal exhibits featuring penguins, alligators, flamingos & more. They also offer a Swim with a Dolphin program.
Zoo World has over 250 exotic animals & a beautiful botanical garden for a great adventure. They offer shows year round. It is located a ½ mile east of Wal-Mart Super Center on Front Beach Road.
A trip to Shell Island is a great nature based excursion for the day. Shell Island is a natural, undeveloped island which is located between the Gulf of Mexico and St. Andrews Bay. The island is approximately seven miles long and about two hundred yards to three-quarters of a mile across. This island is home to one of the world's highest concentrations of bottle-nosed dolphins. The island's pristine beauty and abundant wildlife make it an enjoyable and exciting way to spend the day. It is filled with sand dunes, a fresh water swamp, acres of woods and sugar-white sands. Shell Island offers excellent snorkeling, fishing and secluded beaches.
Remember to bring snacks & refreshments for your group for this great day trip to this untouched island.

We had a great weekend getaway! Celadon was easy to get to, and close to everything. The heated pool and covered walkway were a plus for January. The unit was clean, well equipped, and convenient. We felt right at home! The owner was so fast at the response for a rate quote, and with the refunding of the deposit. We will definitely return!

We really enjoyed our stay at your beautiful condo. All the comforts of home only right on the beach..Condo was very clean, furniture and bed were comfortable, tons of dishware, we didn't have to worry about a thing. The beach service was great, there's nothing better than a lounge chair and umbrella on the beach. Very fast at getting us our deposit back. We will definately be back to Luba and Michael's condo. Thanks!!

Just spent a wonderful week in this condo. My husband and I both wished for more time. It is beautifully decorated and very clean. The owners are easy to work with. The location is great!! I really enjoyed shopping at Pier Park. We walked on the beach and picked up shells which were plentiful. We ate at Boon Docks and had fried flounder which is one of our favorites. We went to the heated pool and that was nice for this time of year. I would highly recommend this condo!!

My husband and I spent a wonderful week in Panama City Beach in your condo! Thank you so much for allowing us to use your piece of paradise for a week! Your condo is one of the cleanest we've stayed in and the complex pays attention to every detail of keeping the property looking spectactular. Your generosity of including the beach chairs and umbrella in the price were so appreciated and we felt spoiled by the young man who made sure we were always comfortable. My family stayed here while my daughter was playing in a softball World Series tournament. Other players stayed at other condos throughout Panama City and several of them had problems that they had to deal with. I was so happy that we chose Michael & Luba's condo. Everything in the condo was just gorgeous and we had an excellent experience. We really enjoyed the fact that it was right on the beach, and you didn't have to walk across the street to get there. It was also nice to be able to count on having chairs and an umbrella on the beach at no extra charge...no problem ever getting them. Not only was the condo nice, but the complex itself was as well. It was kept very clean and had security walking through to make sure everything was kept as it should. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice, affordable place to stay in Panama City!! Thank you for sharing your place with us!
