My mother and I had a great week at Panama City Beach......very relaxing! The condo had everything we needed. The furnishing are in great condition and the condo was very clean. This condo is at the quieter end of PCB but still close enough to the 'action' if that is what you are interested in. Having the parking garage and covered walkway across the street made it very nice as it was raining on the day of our arrival...we were able to 'move in' without getting soaked! We had two days that were too breezy to be on the beach so we took advantage of the indoor/outdoor pool that is across the street....which was a great option. The owners are great....they responded very quickly to any questions we had. We had our security deposit back within a week of returning home. I would highly recommend this condo for small families.

We just got home today from staying in your condo for seven nights, and I have to say, it was an absolutely wonderful trip, your condo was beautiful, clean, had everything was there that was needed. We loved waking up in the morning and having breakfast on the balcony and sitting out there into the wee hours of the night listening to the waves roll in. We even seen dolphins in the gulf one morning. And we went down accidently at a very busy time (spring break), but the Condo is located on the quieter west end of the strip which was very nice, and still in the heart of all the fun. The Celedon pool and hot tub was very nice and clean and the staff there couldn't have been friendlier. Very well lit parking garage, the whole property was very nicely maintained. We would definitely rent from you again and recommend you to our family and friends. Thank you again Michael and Luba for the wonderful accomidations!!! Hope to stay with you again!!! Sheri & Leo

We had a great weekend getaway! Celadon was easy to get to, and close to everything. The heated pool and covered walkway were a plus for January. The unit was clean, well equipped, and convenient. We felt right at home! The owner was so fast at the response for a rate quote, and with the refunding of the deposit. We will definitely return!

We really enjoyed our stay at your beautiful condo. All the comforts of home only right on the beach..Condo was very clean, furniture and bed were comfortable, tons of dishware, we didn't have to worry about a thing. The beach service was great, there's nothing better than a lounge chair and umbrella on the beach. Very fast at getting us our deposit back. We will definately be back to Luba and Michael's condo. Thanks!!

Just spent a wonderful week in this condo. My husband and I both wished for more time. It is beautifully decorated and very clean. The owners are easy to work with. The location is great!! I really enjoyed shopping at Pier Park. We walked on the beach and picked up shells which were plentiful. We ate at Boon Docks and had fried flounder which is one of our favorites. We went to the heated pool and that was nice for this time of year. I would highly recommend this condo!!

My husband and I spent a wonderful week in Panama City Beach in your condo! Thank you so much for allowing us to use your piece of paradise for a week! Your condo is one of the cleanest we've stayed in and the complex pays attention to every detail of keeping the property looking spectactular. Your generosity of including the beach chairs and umbrella in the price were so appreciated and we felt spoiled by the young man who made sure we were always comfortable. My family stayed here while my daughter was playing in a softball World Series tournament. Other players stayed at other condos throughout Panama City and several of them had problems that they had to deal with. I was so happy that we chose Michael & Luba's condo. Everything in the condo was just gorgeous and we had an excellent experience. We really enjoyed the fact that it was right on the beach, and you didn't have to walk across the street to get there. It was also nice to be able to count on having chairs and an umbrella on the beach at no extra charge...no problem ever getting them. Not only was the condo nice, but the complex itself was as well. It was kept very clean and had security walking through to make sure everything was kept as it should. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice, affordable place to stay in Panama City!! Thank you for sharing your place with us!

A place for perfect vacation

The condo is spotless, elegant and comfortable. The listing photos do not do justice to this beautiful, perfectly maintained property. The immaculate white sand and crystal clear water are almost under the balcony. It was a full relaxation on the beach (lounge chairs and umbrella were always available) and inside our temporary home. We did not need anything else, yet - in passing - we noticed a lot of places for active recreation. The owners were very helpful in answering all the pertinent questions - we had no trouble finding anything we needed in this resort town ( e.g. grocery stores, a shopping plaza - a very pretty, festive place where you could stroll among palm trees and enjoy nice evenings with your family and friends, a beautiful park and so on) . We have already recommended this place to our relatives. We were also very lucky: two uninterrupted weeks of perfect weather (May 15 - May 29).

My father (retired) stayed in this wonderful condo the week of 4/2-4/10/10 while my family and I stayed a few floors up. When the kids walked into this beautiful condo they said "aw grandpa, can we trade rooms!". It was very very nice. Super clean, beautiful view from the 4th floor. Dad said he'd definitely stay again if we visit PCB in the future. Facilities are well kept (oceanside pool a bit to cold for this time of year) very clean, saw maintenance ensuring the grounds were not full of trash and sand was swept from the elevators entrance daily. Wonderful stay.

Donna is an absolute jewel to work with. Even though it rained several days during our stay we still had a very enjoyable stay. The decor in the condo is beautiful. I found the resort to be clean and all staff were friendly. The view was truly awe inspiring. Also would like to add Donna returned our deposit before a week was even up after returning home. We really enjoyed our stay at this condo, the pictures don't do it justice! There was plenty of room for everyone. The condo was VERY comfortable and clean. Being 4 floors up was perfect for sitting out on the balcony and watching the ocean waves. We loved staying here, the owner was WONDERFUL to work with. We hope to return sometime soon!

Most beautiful sunsets I have ever experienced from this great balcony! Beaches are incredible and the place is very comfortable & clean. Can't wait to visit again!
