The Jacobson Building is located on prestigious Broad Street, right in the Heart of Charleston's Historic District. Our location is second to none, within close walking distance of the famous Battery, Market Street, Waterfront Park, and Charleston's finest restaurants, art galleries, and shopping.
We have carefully designed our downtown home so that it can be subdivided to comfortably accommodate a party of 2-4 in our studio, while at the same time accommodating a party of 4-6 in our 2 bedroom condo and a 3rd party of 6 in our 3rd floor condo. All units are completely separate, with private keyed entrances.
Many events call for the entire Jacobson House. Beautifully planned, our two floors offer privacy when necessary, yet lots of space for gathering in over 3600 square feet. This is the perfect setting for weddings and family reunions.
Our home is completely renovated. Enjoy original architecture of the 1700's, like 16 foot ceilings and original fireplaces. Our modern touches include new tile baths and kitchens and all new fixtures and appliances, plus central heat and air conditioning.
