Thanks Val & Scott, Your home is the best of both world , close to the beach and town, and for 2 Families it is big enough that everyone had there own area :) . would love to stay again next year in MooreHead go to Ruddy Duck they had the best food and Sweet Tea and we got to watch the Dolphin while we ate Rucker Johns we feed the Turtles the Pier we caught a blow fish and crab had a GRRRRRRRRRREAT trip

The description and photos do not do this place justice! Absolutely beautiful! I had decided to take my other two daughters to visit my oldest daughter and her husband for spring break, so I invited my folks along. As this was the first real vacation I had ever taken with my parents I decided renting a beach house would be fun. Oh boy, was it! We had a great time. The house was perfectly maintained and extremely comfortable. The layout of the home made it so that we each had our own space when we wanted it, and plenty of room when we were together. We especially liked that we could walk to the beach in just minutes, which we did almost every day. My parents both threatened they were not going home, they were just going to stay there and the other guests would just have to deal with them being there. They said it was big enough, that no one would really notice them anyway. The only recommendations I would have would be to install a small elevator. We had thought about inviting my grandmother also, but she would not have been able to get up the stairs. My folks have already asked if it was available again this year! Great home in quiet area of EI close enough to everything but still had a secluded feel. We had three deer roam through the yard every evening. Beach was only a short walk away with easy access and its a beautiful wide stretch of white sand on the point. Perfect house for families with kids/teens or a couple of families. Great decks and views, lots of homey touches like games, movies, puzzles and books to enjoy some quiet time. All you need to bring is some good food and your favorite beverage and you are ready for fun at Sunkissed. Thanks again we'll be back!

We had the opportunity to rent this property for some important out of town guests and I could not have been happier! The home is extremely well appointed and the living arrangements are perfect for the two couples + children. The home is set up to take full advantage of space and the dining room overlooks the point which sets the stage for fabulous sunsets to accompany your dinner. The quiet setting is a perfect juxtaposition for its proximity to the beach---the point on Emerald Isle is in my opinion (and I live down the beach about 5 miles) the nicest beach in North Carolina. The owners are so easy to work with and were extremely responsive, helpful and friendly. We will absolutely be renting again and I have already recommended their home for my family and out of town guests.

My girlfriends flew down from Boston so we could all celebrate our birthday's together. There is no better place we could have done this. The house was amazing and we all slept comfortably. It had everything we needed for our stay and didn't feel like we were missing anything. Going off season was the best idea, the beautiful neighborhood was quiet and nice. We saw deer and dolphins all weekend, it was amazing. They want to plan their trip for next October already. Thank you for an amazing unforgettable weekend.

This house was absolutely gorgeous. Lots of room and very nicely decorated! A VERY close walk to the beach made for ultimate convenience! I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The outer banks are as relaxing as they are beautiful. This house fit perfectly with the cute neighborhood of unique and wonderful homes.

Sunkissed Beach House was just lovely. All the amenities one could ask for. Great location - just 2 short blocks from one of the most beautiful sections of beach on Emerald Isle. The owner was fantastic to work with - the best! She was helpful, organized, efficient and responded to all my questions almost immediately. I would highly recommend this property for a beach vacation rental. We hope to go back again soon!

Quick Winter Getaway

My husband, daughter, and I stayed at this beach house in January, to test it prior to maybe renting later this year. The house was beautiful, very well maintained, and exceptionally clean! It was very cold and rainy so we stayed indoors mostly. The fireplace kept us all warm and toasty. I was so excited to go there and see all the books the owner had there for our disposal- my family loves to read and there were books there for everyone. We did walk out to the beach once (didn't stay long it had just snowed recently and very cold)- very easy walk & very large shells for finding! The beach was wide open and long. The owner communicated very well, she always responded promptly, and was very thorough. In a time of very poor customer service, I felt she went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. Things I disliked which were no fault of owner- no items can be left overnight on beach (such as big canvas tent); no really good seafood restaurants nearby (had to drive long distance and still wasn't completely impressed); & longer travel time than other beaches for us.

Outstanding. the only negative thing i could come up with is that Sunday was pretty quiet for business's and After new years some places close for a while, but the property was excellent.

We were so blessed with the most amazing vacation at Sunkissed. The house was beautiful and comfy. It has everything you need. The walk to the beach was just down the street and it was perfect for five teenagers. They love it! The sunsets was beautiful at the Point. We had one day of rain which was the first day and the rest of the week was the best. Sunkissed has brought us great memories.Would love to come back.Thank you so much

This is a great property located 3 short blocks from an outstanding, white sand beach. The area is quiet and peaceful. The living space is open concept and there is a large dining area. The house is decorated in a tasteful, beach decor. There is a large deck off the living area with seating for several people. The owner is very organized and personable and an excellent communicator. I highly recommend the Sun Kissed Beach House.

The house was beautiful. I wish we had more time to spend at the SunKissed Beach House. The extra touches from the owner made our stay nicer than the other places on the coast of NC. I love Emerald Isle. We stayed on Topsail due to my son-in-law receiving an award at the New River Air Station. Everything was so... far away. Every thing on Emerald Isle The Point is close by. The house can easily hold 10 people. I love the living space with amble seating for both dining and watching TV ( football or Nascar). The only thing that was difficult for us was the stairs. My parent attended with us. At 87 and 85 plus needing a bathroom attached to the bedroom, the master on the top floor was difficult. For those younger people or those with good legs, the decks are a great place to unwind. The outside furniture was so... comfortable. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

We are currently staying at the beach house and it has exceeded our expectations. It is comfortable for our entire family and beautifully decorated. It is a 5 minute walk to a beautiful stretch of beach, and we have enjoyed watching the deer, ducks and rabbit in the backyard. I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else if we return to Emerald Isle.

We loved the house. It was so comfortable. Everything we needed was available to us. The owners also gave us plenty of information about the isle, things to do, restaurants, etc. The house was one of the prettiest homes at the point.The beach is gorgeous too. I know why the isle was named Emerald. The water was a beautiful green and very clear.

We LOVE this house! It's spacious and well appointed. The beach is great. Our kids brought bikes and skateboards and enjoyed the quiet side streets. My favorite spot is the covered porch. We'll be back!

Several summer vacations have been spent at this property. Each one has been more memorable than the last. The house is warm and inviting. It is easy to feel comfortable within minutes of arrival. Each interior aspect says "Come enjoy, relax, forget the clutter of everyday routines, remember life should be fun!" Departure is the only down time. But, smiles cross your face as you remember there is always next year!

Great tastefully decorated spacious house in a quiet neighborhood - - we felt like we had our own private beach. The comfort of the home and friendliness of owners made for a stress relieving vacation. Also, there are several good restaurants nearby.
