Our cottage is a ground floor unit that was recently remodeled with new tile, carpet, furniture and paint. It is located in a lushly landscaped 27 acre gated community with 24 hour security. The complex borders the beach thereby avoiding the need to cross busy Highway 98. The seclusion of this community makes it seem a world away from the hustle and bustle of modern day lifestyles, yet it is only a half mile away from the shopping and restaurants of Silver Sands Outlet Mall in one direction and Sandestin in the other direction!
Children can play without worry in this controlled access, self-contained community. Let them select from numerous activities within the complex such as basketball, pools, beach, hot tubs, or even stay inside and watch cable television or a DVD. The secluded environment is also perfect for a romantic getaway. And if you just HAVE to periodically check in with work, we provide free high-speed wireless Internet service. We welcome you to spend a vacation at our second home and come to appreciate it as we do!
