This vacation Beach House is located in the Porta del Sol Tourism Area west of the island of Puerto Rico in the municipality of Aguada. The municipality of Aguada brings the tourist the opportunity to explore a variety of calm waters, gentle breezes, and a unique tropical sunsets. The property is located 25 minutes from the Aguadilla Airport and 1 hour 50 minutes from Luis Munoz Marin Airport at San Juan.

MAYAGUEZ 2010: The XXI Centroamerican and Carribean Games are taken place in the municipalities around Aguada from July to August 2010. The beach house is around 15 minutes driving from where the major events are taking place. There will be competitions in Aguada. Over 20 countries from the Caribbean, Central, and South America will be competing.

It is a perfect vacation hideaway. It sits on a beautiful shallow beach with an awesome view and access to the beach. This home has a large covered porch and sun deck with plenty of sitting room for any activity. It also includes a large charcoal barbecue pit. Hammocks are included for guested to relax and enjoy the beautiful tropical sunsets.

The shallow beach is perfect for kids too.

The house has three bedrooms (one queen, one full and twin-size bunk bed, one twin and bunk bed- twin top, full bottom), two baths with hot water, a full equipped kitchen, Direct TV satellite service, beach front facing covered porch and sun deck and private secured two car garage.

  • This beach house is a hidden paradise. It is seated right on the beach with a beautiful view of a small bay of the Island. We went down there to see the Island but once we got to the house, we didn’t want to leave the property. The best part of the house is the huge terrace on the back equipped with a big barbeque pit and a huge gazebo. Rincon night life and other dining places are 15 minutes away from the property, which is a +++. The owners were real responsible with us and they were on time for the check in/out process. The house was clean and the rooms were comfortable. We spent most of our time on the terrace and on the beautiful beach which is right outside of the property. We are going back to this place every year. I do highly recommend this vacation home to anyone who is looking for a great time either partying or just chilling out.

  • This is the best beach house I have stayed at. It is right on the water with a spectacular private beach. There is a public beach just a 15 to 30 minute walk away where in the summer there are festivals. There is a surfing town just a 15 minute drive away with tourist sights. You can sit on a hammock on the huge terrace and just watch the water and enjoy the breeze!! I would recommend this location to everyone.
