Our penthouse unit, completed in 2007, is in the Oceania Luxury Residence Condominium community. It offers unobstructed breathtaking views of the Caribbean, Eagle Beach (arguably the island's most beautiful beach) and the island from several vantage points in the unit and from its unique rooftop terrace. Aruba is outside the hurricane zone and is characterized by steady breezes and beautiful tropical weather.

The unit is spaciously appointed with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a living room, fully equipped luxury kitchen, terraces from both the master bedroom and living room, and an expansive rooftop terrace which is accessible by a private covered spiral staircase from the unit. The bedrooms consist of a large master appointed with a queen size bed, private marbled bathroom, and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom comes with a queen size bed and adjacent full-size bathroom. Each bedroom comes with new 32" gas plasma TVs and all linens. The kitchen is equipped with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and is open to the living room which also has a 40" gas plasma TV/DVD player and pull-out couch if you are interested in a 6-person rental. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

The totally private rooftop terrace commands spectacular views of the ocean, the island interior and is the location of a new jacuzzi hot tub. Enjoy rooftop dining or just relax and enjoy the breezes and view with your family & friends.

The Oceania facility is not to be missed. There is a beautiful pool and lounge area to take in the sun and relax in privacy. Just a few steps from there is the beautiful sand of Eagle Beach and the pristine clear waters of the Caribbean. Also on the private grounds are a new business center, sauna, fitness facility and kids area that will makes this a very enjoyable visit for your family!

Low  Season .. Apr 16-Dec 19 .. $250/night.
7-night minimum stays, Extended stay discounts available.

Daily Cleaning Service is available at $50/night.

  • WOW, what an absolutely beautiful view to go along with an absolutely beautiful condo. I have visited Aruba five different times and Frances' place is by far the nicest place I have stayed. It was well stocked with the basic necessities (shampoo/conditioner, laundry detergent, towels, chairs, etc.), very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. I was on a "girls trip" with a friend who had never been to Aruba and when Frances showed up and offered to give us a personal tour of the island I was very impressed. The condo is conveniently located to everything. Booking our stay was very easy, John was prompt and thorough with his responses. I would definately, hands down, recommend staying at this beautiful condo. Thanks for everything Frances and John!

  • We stayed in this unit from June 27,2009 till July 4, 2009. There was six adults, and we had plenty of room. The condo is very spacious and has a great layout. The view from the condo is absolutely gorgeous, and the pictures do it no justice, so if you think the pictures look nice, wait till you get there! The owners have stocked the condo very well. You do not have to bring hardly anything. They have shampoo, soap, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies etc. We could not believe it. They make it very easy for the traveler. The pool area was very nice, and we practically had it to ourselves the whole week. I cannot say enough about this place. We will definately be back.

  • We have stayed at Frances place twice now. Once in February 2008 and then again in February 2009. I can assure you the place is wonderful. Booking with Frances could not have been any easier. The condo is clean, with breath taking views. We have a party of four, wife and two teenagers. We all loved the condo, the location, the pool, the beach, the work out facilities, everything. If anyone has a concern about this condo our the owner feel free to contact me. I too just like you wanted to learn more about what to expect. I spoke to both Frances and his son John who handled most of my questions. They both assured my they own a great spot and they were true to their word. If financially possible we will be back.

  • My family attended a wedding down the beach at Manchebo for my Niece and would have paid more for one hotel room than the Condo here. Spacious, superbly furnished, very quiet and a great terrace view of the Beach in front of the Unit. Also the owner took us on a great tour on Saturday as well!
