We had a wonderful vacation, hated to leave. The A/C was set perfect, never had to touch it. The Condo was very clean and roomy, beds comfortable, and the view of ocean, incredible! Grocery shopping not close,so we took the bus to Downtown area, had lunch, shopped the stalls, etc and caught the bus back to condo, no problem, we're on holiday so, no schedules...Very Quiet, low key complex, with security. Enjoyed the walks on the beach and swimming in all the pools, except we didn't go in the baby pool (2 ft deep) ha,ha. We took a private tour of the island from Baby beach to the California lighthouse. So worth it!! Highly Reccommend this Condo for your vacation!!!!

The property was excellent. Very clean and very comfortable. The owner was very helpful with information about the area. One thing to note was there is a Scuba Dive shop less than a mile away where you can rent Snorkel gear or set up a Dive Excursion. Big plus... we used it for Snorkel Gear. As you leave the Compound the building is directly to your fron over by the Hospital and it is Dark Blue (only one that color). You need to drive there and just go to the Hospital and go past the entrance. Dive shop is on right. They also have great breakfast and lunch and very reasonable. Need to have a car. Eagle Beach is beautiful but no amenities nearby. Pack your own cooler!!! Very relaxing.

All furniture was very dated, beds quite uncomfortable, small bug problem, great view, roof top patio was great but access difficult, no gas BBQ, clean and manager was accessible, overall for the price did not equate to the penthouse as advertised.
Owner response:Greetings! We truly respect that each person has a different preference when it comes to furnitures. So, I highly recommend to all our future renters to check first the pictures of the entire unit , furnitures, and appliances as transparently shown on this site.” Small” bug problem was taken care of. There is a spiral stairway to access the roof top terrace. Due to new regulations, we changed the gas BBQ grill to electric one. We truly appreciate all the reviews.

My wife , daughter ( age 36) and I stayed here from 12/16 through 12/20/2011. The booking process was straight forward with quick responses to my many emails. The condo is located about 1/2 way from the town to the hi rises. When we called a taxi they always beat us to the security gate as they cruise the area. About $9 to either town or to the hi rises. The security is excellent and friendly. The condo is exactly as described and seen in the pictures so no surprises there. Vary clean and as well maintained as possible in Aruba. A 2 minute walk to the beach if you do not want to use one of the 4 pools. The units are not time shares but owners personal units so they appear empty. There was never more that 4 other people at the pool. The grounds are immaculate. Are there issues with the condo? Sure. The TV in the living room died on a rainy Sunday so I could not watch my Patriots but they replaced it with a new on on Monday! All the knives need sharpening and they need a few more drinking glasses but other than that it was perfect. Oh and the price was 50% of what I would have had to pay for 2 rooms at the Marriot. I not only recommend it but I will be back next year!

We just stayed there in the first week of May and it was fabulous! You are going to love this rental! It is a secure bldg, near Amsterdam Manor if you know where that low rise hotel is located. The pool is gorgeous. The beach is verrrrry close, just across the street, not crowded, like further down at the hotel areas. The hot tub is on the private terrace, and it is private. We enjoyed that every evening, it is clean and works well. Very Large terrace too! You have a balcony that faces the ocean and pool, very nice view. Beds are comfy and clean, the entire place is spotless. You definately should rent a car if you want to do anything. We rented a small car for $220 with tax for the week and it was well worth it. There are so many great places to explore and dine. also, if you are considering a sunset sail/snorkel expedition, i highly recommend "Blue Melody Sailing", the Black Pearl with Albert and Joann. Tell them we say hi!

This condo is very spacious, beautifully decorated, clean. My family and I really enjoyed the pool and the beach right across the street. John the owner was very easy to work with and had no problem making the reservations.

Our trip to Aruba in October was perfect due to our accomodations at the condo. It was everything the website says and then some. The location was great, close to everything and right across the street from the best beach in Aruba. The beds were comfy and the condo was well equipped and modern. We cooked a few small meals and had everything we needed. We did not get to try the hot tub (it was 90 at night), but we did take advantage of the rooftop area. Very comfortable and a great view of the sunset. The grounds are well maintained with plenty of secure parking. If you are traveling without a car, no problem. Guard will call up when you taxi arrives or bus it-stops right in front of condo. We will be back next year. Thanks for sharing your condo with us.

My family and I (wife, 3 children and in-laws) have been vacationing in Aruba for over 10 years owning a week at Casa Del Mar. We were looking for a change of pace this year and chose Oceania 513. We made a great choice. The complex is new, clean, quiet and in a great location. The unit was very spacious for seven of us with all the amenities. The free wi-fi was very nice. The view of the ocean is magnificent and the rooftop patio was a nightly stop for watching the sunset and happy hour before going out for dinner. If you don't want to clean, the owners can recommend a housekeeper to come in. We used her twice during our stay and she was great (highly recommended). It was an overall great experience and would stay at Oceania 513 again.

Unit complete with all required ammenities. The unit itself was outsatnding with great views of beach / ocean. The rooftop proved to be favorite location for views and cocktails. Great location on eagle beach and also nice as mid point between Palm Beach and Oranjstead. Owner great to do business with - prompt, responsive and honest.

This was our SECOND stay in Aruba at Oceania condo unit (513P). It is fabulous!! Comfortable, spacious, modern, clean with all the amenities of home except that you are located just steps from one of the MOST beautiful stretches of beach in Aruba! It's quiet and private as well. We love the rooftop jacuzzi and sundeck, what spectacular views of the ocean and sunsets you can see up there. Fran, the owner was very accommodating and even gave us a tour of the island. We can't say enough about this unit; it's a keeper, five stars! The only problem now is that I can't get my partner Mike to consider a vacation to another island - he loves Aruba, loves this condo.

We had a great time. The condo was wonderful, well stocked, and clean. We also got the free tour from Francis, which we enjoyed immensely. Booking was easy and we followed several of the suggestions in the packet sent to us. Enjoyed them all (especially flying fishbone).

First time renting a condo in Aruba [although we've been to Aruba several times]. Great place, spacious, clean, all amenities, beautiful pool, walk across the street to the beach [beach chairs provided],loved rooftop for sunsets, several restaurants within walking distance. Great experience and would probably do it again.

WOW, what an absolutely beautiful view to go along with an absolutely beautiful condo. I have visited Aruba five different times and Frances' place is by far the nicest place I have stayed. It was well stocked with the basic necessities (shampoo/conditioner, laundry detergent, towels, chairs, etc.), very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. I was on a "girls trip" with a friend who had never been to Aruba and when Frances showed up and offered to give us a personal tour of the island I was very impressed. The condo is conveniently located to everything. Booking our stay was very easy, John was prompt and thorough with his responses. I would definately, hands down, recommend staying at this beautiful condo. Thanks for everything Frances and John!

We stayed in this unit from June 27,2009 till July 4, 2009. There was six adults, and we had plenty of room. The condo is very spacious and has a great layout. The view from the condo is absolutely gorgeous, and the pictures do it no justice, so if you think the pictures look nice, wait till you get there! The owners have stocked the condo very well. You do not have to bring hardly anything. They have shampoo, soap, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies etc. We could not believe it. They make it very easy for the traveler. The pool area was very nice, and we practically had it to ourselves the whole week. I cannot say enough about this place. We will definately be back.

We have stayed at Frances place twice now. Once in February 2008 and then again in February 2009. I can assure you the place is wonderful. Booking with Frances could not have been any easier. The condo is clean, with breath taking views. We have a party of four, wife and two teenagers. We all loved the condo, the location, the pool, the beach, the work out facilities, everything. If anyone has a concern about this condo our the owner feel free to contact me. I too just like you wanted to learn more about what to expect. I spoke to both Frances and his son John who handled most of my questions. They both assured my they own a great spot and they were true to their word. If financially possible we will be back.

My family attended a wedding down the beach at Manchebo for my Niece and would have paid more for one hotel room than the Condo here. Spacious, superbly furnished, very quiet and a great terrace view of the Beach in front of the Unit. Also the owner took us on a great tour on Saturday as well!
