My Victorian style home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac with a large front porch overlooking the rest of the community. Relax on one of the tall rockers with a glass of lemonade or your favorite cocktail. Step into a decor that consists of French country and beach chic furniture, scenes from the Amalfi coast, French Rivera, and other arts pieces.
There is a large study room to work on your computer, write postcards or a getaway from the family. The bay window overlooks the porch and the hand painted furniture is a delight to see.
The dining room has a bay window overlooking the front porch. The furniture is a heavy detailed wicker with touches of Far East accessories. This is a beautiful room to entertain in.
Step into the Family room w/gas fireplace and enjoy the panoramic view of the sky, outdoor pool and the large community pond. The furnishes are relaxing and summery with yellow and blue tones complimented with white distressed accent furniture pieces.
The sliding doors leads to a large screened porch with white wicker bistro table, lounge chairs and love seats. Great place to enjoy your morning coffee/tea or enjoy your family meals out there. The large gas grill in located off the porch near the small courtyard area.
The kitchen is large enough to house a farm table and a wraparound bar with beautiful tall and comfortable bar stools. Granite tops throughout and open to the Family Room.
The Master bedroom is large with a king size bed with beautiful high white distressed bed frame. A very French Country feel with a view of the small courtyard with brightly colored Adirondack chairs and the community pond. It never fails to amaze me when the herons and other exotic birds land near the pond. I am sure you too will enjoy the natural habitat and beauty it has to offer. I also enjoy the view of the trellis with its bright pink flowers.
Going up the staircase you will find more windows which gives it an airy and sunny look. Don't miss the huge decorative sail boat on the landing. The landing enables you to look towards the sky, the pool and the downstairs family room and kitchen.
The first bedroom has a queen bed with warm tropical tones and gorgeous wicker furniture.
The second bedroom has a queen bed with ocean blues throughout and decorated with fish, frogs and a beach setting.
The last room is another Family Room with TV, DVD, games and a huge chair/ottoman and a sleep sofa. Can be used as another bedroom. The feeling in the room is very warm and cozy, but not small.
I decorated this home with love and care since we usually spend the summer there. I am looking for a family who will care and treasure my home as if it were their own.
