This beautiful triplex (secured entrance), building is located on Normadie Avenue, north of Franklin Avenue, in gorgeous Los Feliz. FLAT HAS 6 PERSON JACUZZI ON THE LARGE PATIO W/ BBQ AND FIRE PIT. The unit is 1800 square feet. The unit has a spacious living room with a fireplace, large windows, and crown molding. The colors are cheerful and bright. Each room has a different feel to it. There is also a large formal dining room which seats 8. There are three large bedrooms (all 3 rooms have king beds) and one smaller bedroom (twin bunk bed-no picture yet). There is a 600 square foot patio with 6 person Jacuzzi. There is a children's library (two hundred books). Toddler toys (bike, scooter, wagon and hundreds of toys). This special 1920's flat is the perfect lodging for a luxurious stay in Los Angeles. Crib and stroller are available for free. The flat is beautiful and you will love LA, but even more love your time at home with your family in this special flat.

There are tons of restaurants, shops and even a movie theater all within walking distance. Famous Vermont Avenue and Hillhurst Avenue are less than a ten minute walk away. Griffith park (zoo, hiking, children's park, pony rides, train rides and museum, picnic area) is less than 2 miles away. Studio City is a ten minute car ride away. Lastly, the heart of Los Angeles's famous "Sunset and Vine Street" (Walk of Fame) is less than 4 miles away. You are centered in a green, safe neighborhood, yet you are in the heart of everything Los Angeles has to offer.

Additionally, there is one uncovered parking spots (secured with gates), and a spacious deck that is perfect for BBQ's and lounging in the sun, 6 person jacuzzi, and fire pit.
