This 2 story, 2 bed, 2 bath condo has recently been upgraded with new tile, paint and appliances. This newly furnished condo is within walking distance of practically everything - grocery store, restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, etc. This is a moderate rental unit, that is well equipped with all the necessities.
A perfect and affordable rental for your family vacation. You are 55 miles from the Durango airport, 5 minutes from the Golf course, 20 minutes from Wolf Creek Ski area and 20 minutes from some of the most beautiful lakes and mountains. The living room includes a love seat and a 3 person couch which allows extra sleeping for two. The first floor has a convenient powder room as well as a full size washer/dryer in the utility room.
The fireplace will provide a nice place to relax after a long day of skiing the mountain! The unit comes equipped with cable TV, DVD and CD player for your enjoyment. The dining room seats 6 people for those family dinners. Both bedrooms are located upstairs with a nice size bathroom. The master bedroom offers you a large queen size bed and the guest room has two twin beds.
Recreation Center within walking distance for an additional daily fee.
There is also a small back patio, which comes with a propane grill as well as some patio furniture. The spacious back yard allows the kids and/or pets to play freely. I hope you enjoy our home as much as we do!
Adjoining unit visible in picture may also be available for larger parties. Total sleeping capacity for both units is 12 people.

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The property manager was extremely nice and responsive. The condo is older, but the price was a fantastic value....especially for spring break. It is also in a wonderful area where shopping and dining are within walking distance.

This is the third year we've stayed for 9 nights at this location. It is comfy and has everything you could want (very clean though it is not modern). It's 2 stories. When we arrived this year for our ski vacation, the DVR machine did not work and the manager quickly bought a new one and brought it over to us. She has been great with everything and has made sure we were happy with the entire unit. Parking is right in front and the condo is just a few blocks away from a large market, many restaurants (we loved the Plaza Grille-- great food and reasonable prices) and a Radio Shack to rent DVD's. We will return next year, I'm sure!!

Our vacation in Pagosa Springs was great! Sking with family was fantastic! The condo made the vacation even better.Very impressed to say the least.Condo was completely stocked from laundry soap to paper towels to all kitchen necessities.Beds were very comfortable along with nice bedding to say the least. The condo was within walking distance to just about everything you could want. All this with such an affordable price.Not to mention a wonderful property manager thanks again Janae for a great renting experience!

Perfect Place for a Wolf Creek Ski Getaway

Found this condo when looking for a last minute place to stay for a quick trip to Wolf Creek. The price was fantastic and we got far more than expected for the price we paid. The entire process was very easy and the property manager was cooperative and accomodating. The condo itself was perfect. Large kitchen and bathrooms allowed everyone room to move around with ease. The washer and dryer were a wonderful perk. The beds were comfortable. There were generous amounts of linens and towels. Wood burning fireplace downstairs and even a little charcoal grill to use out back for a bbq. Neighbors were all quiet but friendly. Would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Our second visit to the same unit. Very convenient location. Walking distance to City Market and Restaurants. Clean sheets and towels, comfortable living room furniture and plenty of hot water. Dining comfortable for six people. Even though the building and unit are older, and close to businesses, this unit and the immediate neighborhood are quiet.This is a superb deal for up to six people. The in unit washer, dryer and dishwasher are an added bonus. The unit has all the kitchen and bath necessities for a week's vacation or longer. Renting could not be easier. A very pleasant experience.
