My family enjoyed renting this property during 2 hot summer weeks in June/July. It is located in a quiet gated community while being close to downtown phoenix, the airport and Tempe. The house is very well maintained with all of the comforts of home. The owners supplied all of the necessary instructions for the house which made our adjustment to the home very easy. We have rented other homes through VRBO, and this one has been our MOST pleasant experience. Our thanks to the owners for great maintenance and for keeping the home supplied with everything a family would need! We will certainly stay here again for our next visit to Phoenix!

A great base for touring the valley. Located 10 mins from downtown and airport but very quiet location . great house with plenty of facilities and room to relax. Pool is good size and very welcome in heat. Would definitely recommend for business or please. Will certainly come back if travel plans suit

Very comfortable home with all amenities and then some. Had a very enjoyable stay, house is very well maintained and the people who own it are friendly and easy to deal with. Would definitely stay here again (and probably will).

Anne and I with our childern spent a fabulous time at this house and my girls where in the hot tub every night. My oldest was able to instantly figure out the workings of the pool and hot tub remote control. In no time she had the heat on, waterfall feature and all the other features working. Other than the sand traps, which no one likes to be in, the Golf was great and the club house staff where very accommodating. I personally enjoyed the course immensely and look forward to returning.

What a treat it was to stay in this home. Beautifully decorated, well maintained, perfect location. The owners were very responsive to our questions and needs. We used the heated pool and spa every day. We had a great week and are looking forward to returning again next year.

Our family enjoyed this lovely home for an entire month. The house is spacious and comfortable, warmly furnished, well maintained and located in an excellent gated community on a gorgeous golf course. We loved the back yard. The owners are very conscientious and attentive - a joy to deal with. We highly recommend this house.
