This immaculate home was absolutely wonderful. It was not only as pictured and described, but better. We have raved about it to everyone who asks us how our trip was. We have rented many places over the years but have never experienced such a warm feeling of hospitality and an eye for the details. We started every morning and ended every evening with a dip in the pool. It was pure luxury. We had a great time becoming acquainted with not only Punta Gorda but also exploring neighboring areas like Boca Grande and Sanibel Island. And every evening we were able to return to that fantastic villa. Loved it! Loved it! Loved it!

We had the most wonderful stay at Susan & Chuck's FL home. We walked in and immediately felt it lived up to every expectation and then some. There wasn't a time when we needed something when it wasn't there. Every detail is attended to. The beds were rated a ten by all. It was so nice to feel so comfortable and sleep so well. We rode the bikes down to Fisherman's Wharf, swam in the pool every day and enjoyed day trips to Naples and Boca Grande. The landscaping around the home is lovely. Sitting in the lanai you look out and you're surrounded with gorgeous flowers that create just enough privacy. We enjoyed sitting on the dock just relaxing. We had the sun all day, perfect exposure. When we arrived we tried out a few local restaurants, but then opted to grill, cook and eat in the lanai the remainder of our stay. It was just so much more fun. The family gatherings at the table were just what we needed. The neighbors were so nice. This is an absolutely wonderful place to stay. Honestly, there was nothing missing and it was so clean and so comfortable. Just perfect! Thank you for making our stay feel so welcome. We highly recommend this home.

Perfect - not only was the weather great - but the house and its location are perfect. While the house is on the canal and gives you privacy - you're 5 minutes from a host of entertainment, food and sight-seeing fun! The pictures are accurate and the house is probably the cleanest we've encountered in our 15 years vacationing in Florida. The pool area is very inviting - the kitchen has everything you need - plus there are other eateries near-by, including the Fisherman's Village. If you are going to the Punta Gorda area, this place would be a great place to stay.

I love your new addition of the large boat dock, dock chairs and cool metal palm tree sculpture by the pool - what a paradise! Very relaxing time - thank you! I love your home in the Isles. Everything is so beautiful and fun. We had some great times.The food we cooked was better than any restaurant and I loved our night of Karaoke with everyone singing together at the house. Thanks for the great vacation!

This was a great trip. We love the addition of the dock chairs. Sitting out there watching the fish just was an added treat. The kids turned into fish again this year. It takes seven full pool days before the kids wake up and want to do something else besides swim. It snowed all week in Colorado while we were here enjoying the sun so we had perfect timing. Thanks for the memories.

Thank you so much for sharing your Florida home. We loved it. The 3 couples here are practicing for retirement and we think we have it figured out!! Punta Gorda is perfect for us and your home is ideal. We visited Lakeland and watched the Tigers, went to Tin City in Naples, saw the beach at Englewood and the Islands of Sanibel and Captiva. Each day we were happy to return to your home. Pool has been used, kitchen was enjoyed for most meals, lanai is really getting a workout. And the chairs on the dock are wonderful - although the fish are still alluding us! Thank you again!

We had a wonderrful time in Punta Gorda and thoroughly enjoyed living in your home. Your attention to detail is amazing; you simply thought of everything to make your guests comfortable and welcome here. We explored western Florida while we were here but liked your town best. You need to know we played rental agent for you, hositng several "open houses" for friends from Michigan. How fun it is for three or four cooks to operate in your kitchen and never run into each other! In short, our vacation has been a memorable one. We hope to come back again.

Absolutely love your house. Very comfortable and extremely relaxing. A perfect way to end the summer . We really enjoyed the pool and enjoyed the sun as much as possible - looking for that Florida tan before returning to Kansas.

This was a great week. I wish we could have stayed longer. Maybe next time. I recommend taking a boat trip up the Peace River to Nav-A-Gators. That was tons of fun. I think we spent at least 50% of our time here in the pool. Thanks for the great place.

What a lovely home you have. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We will miss your lovely pool and being able to swim laps every day and sunbathe. From the moment we entered the VILLA (with the wine on the counter) we felt warmly welcome. Then taking in the layout, your decor and appointments and the beautiful and incredibly stocked kitchen and the lanai and the pool, we were totally hooked. :) Your attention to details, the weather (we arrived via ice storm in Ohio and Kentucky) completed an incredible vacation. We loved the lanai, we ate out there for most meals. Punta Gorda is a charming place...to put it in a nutshell. WE LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT OUR STAY HERE. Thank you for sharing this incredible place. We had a BALL! and we all partyed pretty good for our ages. We still have IT... If we get bored, we now know we can hit the road as a singing group! Your Florida home is beautiful. It is a special privilege to be a guest in your Florida home! You thought of everything - including the extra sinks in the guest bedrooms, a very useful idea! I loved being here and being able to putter around in the huge kitchen area. The decor throughout the house is so inviting and gorgeous. It is so comfortable here. I can't think of a thing you didn't include. The children's fence around the pool gives me a great sense of relief with Isabelle and Dylan wanting to get into everything at their ages now (22 months.) It feels like "home" and I can't thank you enough for sharing it. Beautiful!

We had a wonderful "Spring Break" week with our boys and my parents. Your home was very comfortable for all of us. I just love your renovations and can't imagine what the house looked like before you opened up the floor plan. We felt priviliged to be your first unknown guests. The fish off the dock entertained us in the evening and the sunsets off the dock were breathtaking. We all enjoyed the pool. It was a bit cool this week so the heater was a blessing to us. The boys loved the two local parks and we managed to find plenty of shark's teeth at Englewood Beach. Stump's Pass was a paradise! Thanks for the Easter Memories.

It took about 2 minutes for my 3 year old to get comfortable with the pool & we had a blast watching him jump in & try to swim. He is actually getting quite good. The day on the boat was great. I think the kids loved it, but my 1 year old loved it most of all. He stood in the back watching the water splash behind us and laughed & bounced on the seat. It 's been a very quiet day here today as everyone seems to be napping or reading. Thanks for a beautiful vacation.
