If Centro is your destination, another 10 minutes will take you to the Jardin for shopping, restaurants and cultural events. As an alternative to walking, you can take advantage of San Miguel’s public bus system on Ancha San Antonio or hail a taxi at the front gate.
After a busy day in Centro, return to your Casita and relax by the heated pool, surrounded by lovely flowers and a water feature, or enjoy a drink on your furnished terrace or rooftop, and take in the gorgeous view of the Parroquia as the sun sets on San Miguel. Enjoy the rooftop firepit, spontaneous fireworks and the beautiful views from our quiet Casita.
Casita Brisas y Vistas is part of the new, colonial style Villas de Allende Condominiums, located on Libramiento a Dolores, just 3 kilometers from Mega, and a short, flat walk to Salida a Celaya. It is a gated community, with 24 hour security service. Parking is provided for owners and guests.
All rooms of Casita Brisas y Vistas are attractively furnished in the San Miguel style, combining rustic furniture with comfortable pieces for sitting and relaxing. The walls are colorfully painted, keeping with the typical San Miguel colonial style.
The bedroom features 2 large closets and a king size bed with pillow top mattress and quality bedding. A vanity/desk area provides space for a laptop computer. From the small balcony you will view the outside water feature and plants in the large courtyard. The bathroom shower is large and has excellent hot water pressure.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size refrigerator, smooth top range, cooking utensils, coffeemaker, toaster, blender and microwave oven. You will also enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer behind doors in the kitchen area.
The living room features a comfortable sofa, chair and ottoman for relaxing. Two equipale chairs provide extra seating for guests. The flatscreen, LCD television has satellite service with US broadcast and Canadian channels. Enjoy dining around the glass top, wrought iron table and four chairs. Artisan designed dishes and glassware are provided in the dish cabinet for eating and snacking with your guests.
The kitchen, living room and dining room all provide spectacular views of the Parroquia, nearby churches and hillsides of San Miguel. A step out onto the terrace gives you an even better view. The spiral staircase from the terrace leads up to the rooftop; have a seat on the chairs and enjoy the stars at night over San Miguel. After your stay at Casita Brisas y Vistas, you will agree that San Miguel is all about the views!
Maid service is provided once a week.

My husband and I spent six weeks at Casita Brisas Y Vistas during January and February of this year. The apartment was charming, nicely decorated and had views of San Miguel from both inside and outside on the terrace and from the roof top. The complex, Villas de Allende, is gated and private and has lovely grounds including a swimming pool. Initially we had looked at properties closer to El Centro but decided to book the casita because we wanted to have a swimming pool. We were truly glad we did as everything exceeded our expectations and the location was wonderful and within walking distance to everything.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+.

We had a very good time in San Miguel de Allende. Your condo worked out very well for our vacation. We especially liked the way you decorated Casita Brisas y Vistas. The heart over the bed was our favorite decoration. The information on condo operation, local services, etc. was very much appreciated. The view of San Miguel from the dining room window is wonderful. We give you 4*s.

Thank you for making your home here a warm and inviting place. Everyone inthe complex was very nice to us. We were invited to a Christmas Mexican Festivities that we really enjoyed and every weekend that we were here, we were able to watch, from the living room, spectacular fireworks.
